We chose to sell our house through HAART Barkingside as they had sold other properties around us and we liked their personable but professional approach. We have not been disappointed, HAART are an extremely well organised and efficient firm of estate agents. We were given plenty of information about the process both verbally and written. Haart return calls within 24 hours and we were kept totally up to date with any feedback given by prospective buyers. Appointments to view were made to fit in with our schedules and we felt valued and respected. Initially we had a less experienced agent and when we commented that we were not happy we were immediately listened to and were allocated a new estate agent - Tony Hallett. What an asset to the company Tony is. I don’t think our sale would have gone through so smoothly without him. Tony is the ultimate professional and goes out of his way to follow up on any issues and doesn’t stop until he gets resolution. Unfortunately we did not have good service from our solicitors so we had plenty of issues, and, without Tony leading on the sale, I think it would have been a lot worse and far more stressful than it was. Tony demonstrated his knowledge and experience throughout the sale process and the customer relations service he provides is first class. People comment about estate agents in a negative light but I would strongly advise them to go to HAART and ask for Tony Hallett to change that view. We 100% recommend Tony Hallett at Haart Barkingside to anyone who is looking to sell their home you will not be disappointed.

Taylor Davis at Haart Letting in Barkingside is superb. My previous tenants moved out on the 19 September, after Taylor arranged 9 viewings with various people. My new tenants moved in on the 1 October. The house was refurbished, painted, etc. Taylor did the references very quickly, took tenants details, arranged for the deposit, rent and legal protection all in the most professional way. It was absoutely painless for me (in fact I was sitting in a beach most of the time). So thank you very much Taylor Davis, you are an absolute star. I recommend you for sure.

I first encountered Taylor a few months ago when we were looking for a property and was really impressed by Taylor's warmth and professionalism. This is not something to be taken lightly as we met so many different people in trying to find a property, but Taylor made an impression on me. Thank you to Taylor for all your help. The viewing was arranged very quickly. Taylor contacted me to have a pre chat before viewing. He was on time for the viewing and gave me a summary of the area and shops nearby. Once I agreed to take the property, he told me what documents I needed for the next step. I was able to go home and organise all the documents. The same evening he sent me and email asking for the documents. I was able to send it to him immediately. With in two days he called me to come to the office to filled out some paperwork. Taylor would alway keep me updated with each stage of the process. I really can not express how happy I am to have chosen haart to represent me. It was never my intention to sell my property but after losing my wife it was time to look for another place to lay my hat. From the very first call they was clear, precise and extremely helpful. I first met Tony when he came to value my property in summer 2019 but at that time I wasn’t ready but he gave me some very good advice, had extremely good knowledge and gave me confidence that when the time was right Haart would be the right fit for me. Over the next 12 months Tony continued to help me (even when it wasn’t related to selling my property). On the day of taking photos etc. I was extremely anxious but Tony’s calm, reassuring nature and helpfulness relaxed me so much so I was excited for what was coming next. Tony continued to demonstrate his expertises and quickly lined up 4 viewings. He told me that on the day me and my new partner should leave the house so he could conduct the appointments and that he had checked to see they wasn’t showing signs of COVID and everyone would be wearing masks, glovers(he even came with hand sanitiser). Not only did he sell my house on the first day he got me the full asking price. The next three months he continued to keep me updated and even arranged for me to find short term accommodation until I was able to begin my new live here in Cuba. I can honestly say Tony Hallett is a credit to haart and would Urge anyone thinking of selling their home to use Tony. We have been very happy with the services we received from the staff and management team at Haart in Barkingside, Essex. From our initial contact with Tony last autumn, right through our dealings with him, Mittan and Alex in the office we had friendly and professional service. Tony arranged viewings of our property and accompanied prospective buyers when they came, ensuring things always ran smoothly. Mittan and Alex were great when we called the office with enquiries. If staff in the office were busy, the Concierge service team made sure our messages got through to the team in a timely manner, enabling the team to respond promptly. As our move progressed we had amazing support from Amanda in getting us through the various hurdles that we experienced along the way. She was terrific in liaising with other parties to ensure we were able to proceed to exchange of contracts, always keeping us up to date with developments. We received an excellent service from Steven and Taylor and were impressed by how responsive they were at 1) answering the phone 2) replying to an email. Steven was particularly good at providing advice and recommendations throughout the letting of the property and wasn't pushy or 'salesly'. Much appreciated Taylor going out of his way to run over some keys to us when we arrived at the flat with the wrong keys, great customer service. We have used Haart Barkingside for a few years now and overall find them a good company. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and crucially there is always someone at the other end of the phone, even if the phone sometimes ring through to Head Office.
