Taylor & Steven helped me rent out my house in the area. Taylor was my main contact and was excellent throughout. Taylor kept me fully updated throughout the process and is someone you can trust. Steven, the Branch Manager was also excellent, and allowed me to meet my tenants before they moved in which put my mind to ease. I would like to highly recommend Haart in Barkingside after a great service in selling my parents house. My parents haven’t moved for many years and from the first meeting Alex Gowers was efficient, courteous and reliable. He found my parents a great buyer very quickly and sold the house for a price my parents were happy with. Unfortunately the process was delayed massively due to COVID, but Amanda, the sales progresser was brilliant, she moved things along as fast as she could in very difficult times. I think the most comforting thing was being kept informed at all times, both Alex and Amanda communicated to us honestly and clearly and always returned an email or phone call the same day. By the time we exchanged I felt like Amanda was a friend.

Special shoutout to Tony Hallett for being an amazing estate agent and securing our dream home for us. Tony guided us at every step of the process from start to end....whether it was placing the right offer or getting a mortgage advisor. The whole buying process went very smoothly without any hitches. Thanks to the efficiency and clear communication by Tony at Haart. Highly recommend them. If we were to do it all again, we wouldn't ask for any other agency but HAART.

I have completed buying property through Haart Barkingside. Appointments: They are quite prompt in appointments and send you confirmations in email - Prettymuch box standard practise when we compare to other estate agents. All good here. Communication: Firstly, at the organisation level there is always someone to answer the phone. If you ring the branch and every one is busy the line takes to next available person on different branch. They will take the message and forward to intended person. I like the communication aspect of this company. (Unlike other estate agents phone goes on ringing ringing ringing... and no one answers) Sales progression: I had dealt with Amanda Schiavi. She is very professional in dealing with chain based property completion (in my context). I can understand this requires good time to time co-ordination with various parties to get the things going. She always answered my endless questions over the phone (some times repeated questions :) . Every single email I have sent form the time property offered to completion was responded. Excellent example for customer services. Team at Barking side: In general all of them (Tony , Enes) are good to take up customer queries/ callbacks and advises etc. Additonal services: In addition to sales progression Amanda dealt with miscellaneous tasks like helping to buy some interested inventory in existing property. They acted in professional manner in defining appropriate procedures / dates for cash exchanges. From the buyers point of view I don't have to pay any service charges in property dealing. However, I would consider Haart as preferred organisation when it comes to buy / sell a property.

We are very pleased with the service that Haart Barkingside provided. From the moment we had initial contact with Alex we felt that this time around, things would happen unlike before with other agents we used. Both Tony and Amanda were also very helpful and professional with their attitude and service. Tony carried out our viewings which really did help as he was able to use his skills to sell our home where we found it quite difficult. It wasn't all plain sailing though as we did encounter some issues and difficulties, but these were soon overcome and we moved home as agreed. Haart sold my property last month. When selecting what estate agent to use I got several valuations of my property. Most estate agents grossy overestimated the value of my property which I suspect they did to try to get my business. I dealt with Tony and Mithun at Haart.
