We turned to Haarts after the sale of our house (through another local estate agent) collapsed. Alex came to the house the following day and made a very professional video, the house was back online a day later. Viewings soon followed which were conducted by Methin and we had a buyer soon after. The sale of our house and the purchase of the new house were very problematic partly due the house we were buying being a new build. My wife and I are both in our 70’s and found the whole procedure very stressful however, Haarts were with us all the way and we finally completed the sale yesterday. Special thanks to Alex, Methin, Tony and especially Ruth for her emotional support. A truly 5 star service.

I have recently come into contact with Taylor Davis, the Lettings branch manager in the Barkingside office after having a mutual client. He was very impressed with my handyman work and immediately started the process to add me to the contractor panel and providing immediate work. Taylor has been very professional throughout and likes to make sure the properties he rents are to a high standard for both landlord and tenant. I highly recommend this agents services.

Well we went to themasking to help us find a house to rent. They said yes and took all our info and said we’ll be in touch. They were very friendly and seemed trustworthy. Called them up a couple of times to see where they’d gotten with the find and everytime they said they got nothing yet. I check online myself anyways and found multiple properties in our price range and the amount of bedrooms we were looking for and we did not receive any calls about them. When we confronted them about the house LOST atp they just said sorry and that they didn’t think they were suitable for us. We even wrote an amazing review prior to them doing their job cause I just thought it was gonna help more, but it didn’t. There were houses they could have told us about and prioritised us and they didn’t and now it’s been long overdue for our move out date and we’re still awaiting. So 1 star and don’t recommend them.

There's not much to say about Haart estate agent only that they promised me they will find me my forever home and here I am now 2 years later giving a review in how excellent and supportive they have been. I met an old school who works there called Mithaun he assured me that the right one will come along and it did. If it wasn't for him I would of rushed and settled for something I did not want. Mithuan has been excellent throughout the whole process, easing my nerves, giving great advice as well as being there as a friend when needed.
