Sometimes, they even ignore your email requests. They lied that they have good rating reviews for letting but if you look at the reviews, they are reviews for the sales team, not letting team. BEWARE

within 48 hours over a Bank holiday and 12 viewings by the end of the week. They offered to go out for second bids but we asked instead for them to identify the best placed buyer. We kept our sale price sensible and the buyer maintained integrity from start to finish as did we. With support from Haart intervening where inevitable log jams appeared the transaction proceeded smoothly and we Completed. GoogleHaart Barkingside had a buyer for us 1 week after listing our home for sale!
At the beginning of the selling process, Alex came for a tour and gave us a market analysis. After we signed up to sell, Alex then came back and did a wonderful narrated video tour for prospective buyers.
Mithun was the main colleague to accompany prospective buyers on their viewings. His communication with us was always appreciated.
Tony was our main point of contact through the selling process. He was always available straight away for any question or concern we might have had. Not only is Tony very knowledgeable, he also has a wonderful "no nonsense" demeanor that is very appreciated.
Ruth, the sales manager, was also a key player towards the end of our selling process, making sure all parties involved stayed up to date and informed.
Our family is very glad that we had this team from Haart Barkingside to guide us through our house selling process.
