GoogleBairstow Eves are deplorable. Terrible service. Don’t call back. Leave a sales board on your property for over a year when notified several times that the owner has died and have still not removed the board. They use your home for free advertising for which they are not prepared to pay for it. David Dukelow, Area Manager after being contacted again on 4 Sept 24 has still not removed the sale board. Formal complaint being lodged with claim for free advertising. This is totally unacceptable. Owner died 3 July 2023 and they will not remove their board. Unprofessional business. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

GoogleAfter having two house transactions gone down through other agents, Bairstow Eves was finally able to get us our property. Fahim was very helpful with initial viewings and dealings. Although our transaction dragged upto 6/12 due to various reasons, Samantha helped a great deal with continuously chasing up both sides. Thanks to the entire team who helped get this transaction completed successfully.

GoogleRenting my flat with Bairstow Eves has been a dream (and I don’t say that lightly). Matthew Cann inspired confidence from the very beginning, and continues to respond punctually and effectively to my emails. Anne Peck was equally competent in sorting out the paperwork for renting out my property and answering my questions as a first time landlord. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone renting out a property in the area.
