GoogleAnnika was very supportive on the buying process and was able to show me properties of interest well. She chased in enquiries in a timely. Would recommend her as an agent even though I feel that the agency could do better in vetting sellers to mitigate against delays

GoogleRenting my flat with Bairstow Eves has been a dream (and I don’t say that lightly). Matthew Cann inspired confidence from the very beginning, and continues to respond punctually and effectively to my emails. Anne Peck was equally competent in sorting out the paperwork for renting out my property and answering my questions as a first time landlord. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone renting out a property in the area.

I have moved three times in the past couple of years and Jon was certainly the most personable letting agent I have dealt with.
