GoogleHi , i m one if tenant of this company's house from rainham ........ first of all worst experience with them totally uncooperative staff seriously my boiler is not working since last 6 days i have a baby so they are not lessen and still not working on them how can i manage with this -1 degree temperature with my baby with hot water or heating.......... i don't know what can i do now i just only suggest please stay away from them 👍

GooglePoor communication, was told i had a viewing and at the time of reaching the place noone was present, I called the agency and they told me they made a mistake and it was actually a day after what they had told me. Then they had the audacity to tell me I'd have to wait an hour for someone to give me a viewing today.

GoogleI have been dealing with the Barking office for a few months now whilst trying to locate suitable tenants for a property. The team (Luke, Ummar, Anne and Hasan) have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me with the issues I had at the property from another agent and tenant. The full team have made the transition and handover extremely stress free and have assisted at every corner.
