My friend and i moved in and moved out of our flat within 3 weeks due to a bed bug and rodent infestation, i would’ve thought that agencies carry out inspections of some sort but clearly not. Not only that but the property wasn't even cleaned and requests that had been ‘done’ were in fact not, landlord and agency couldn't have cared less about providing a maintenance check AT ALLLL to make sure things were in order for our move in, unbelievably disappointing. Have been waiting over 2 weeks to view one of their properties. 2 days before the viewing date, received an email stating they are having issues with accessing the property. No follow-up email to confirm if we are able to reschedule. I have tried to get in contact with them both via email and by phone but no luck. Jeremy and his team were proactive in the beginning and would update me regarding interest in my flat. Having found a buyer, I was advised to contact a conveyancer. I paid my management company £300 to provide a sales pack. My lawyer heard nothing from Jeremy's team. I reached out and was ignored on 3 occasions. I emailed Jeremy with my concerns and he ignored me. I finally got on the phone to him and he apologised but did seem to have little interest in selling my flat. For those of you who need an energetic team to sell your property, perhaps you should look elsewhere.

Absolutely unprofesional service from Mr Hasan Tawhid. We were subjected to strong pressure, repeated and indiscriminate calls, anxiety even during the weekend, without respect for customers' privacy. He didn't even show up for the property viuwing. The biggest problem was that he tried to defraud the very agency he works for by using another agency to get the deal done. Just stay away from this branch when you look at for new property.

Samantha and her team (Fahim and Adam to name a few) were incredible in helping me sell my house in March. From the first moment I spoke with Adam looking for advice due to another estate agent overpricing my house in order to get the deal, I found the service to be nothing but professional, honest and top notch with a really lovely personal touch. My house (located in barking) was stubborn to sell with 3 buyers dropping out, which was a very stressful time for me. During this time the whole Barking team not only reassured me they were putting their all into getting it sold, but went above and beyond with their superb proffessional help, great communication and support. And trust me I never thought I would be saying those words in the same sentence as ‘estate agent! House got sold and I got the price I wanted. Win win. If you’re looking at buying or selling, these are the guys to go to. Cannot not recommend them enough. Lovely friendly team, professional, honest, hard working and courteous.
