I would like to say that I have dealt with other estate agents however Fahim have been outstanding. He found the house for me in a unbelievable short period of time. Also, Fahim and the team followed the purchase process until the exchange of contract, they’re simply great and pleasure to deal with. absolutely awful. staff at this office took my deposit and then gave me false hope that I was going to move in. Knowing I am getting married and needed to move in ASAP. Currently living from a box thanks to the lovely staff. Staff called me telling me that works at the property were rushed for us to move in. My partner is not British and for those reasons was discriminated against. Property was given to a white couple rather than a brown couple. Staff did not even acknowledge the complaint. If your of coloured back ground you will not get a good service. deposit was taken days after viewing and it took 4 weeks to even get back to me. Asad the manager is so unprofessional...laugh in your faces. complaints are not seen to. Do give me a call Neelam...im sure you recognise the people you mess around with. till now have not received my deposit. We are taking this further...completely racist and clearly a white man company.

I just want to praise the great team again for their brilliant job as they always do. They’ve helped me find the highly qualified tenants within a very short period of time. All parties are happy, and the workflows are being so smooth. The standard of their services has been much higher than I expected. All team members are polite, patient and knowledgeable, they are always willing to listen to clients’ needs and offer professional solutions at all aspects. There were a couple of occasions that I raised queries, Anne and the other staff replied almost instantly and got problems perfectly sorted out. I would highly recommend the SALES Team at Bairstow Eves Barking. We have just completed our house sale this week. Adam guided us through the whole process from start to finish. I must say that he is highly knowledgeable, professional and works with honesty and integrity. He also possesses good manners, care and understanding. I always received emails and texts on time. I particularly found it valuable, that they gave notifications of dates and times and names of all the potential buyers. Following the viewings, I would receive constructive feedback by phone or email. As a result of the feedback, we made some decisions which enabled us to secure a smooth sale. Adam also was able to match the buyer and seller perfectly. I would also like to praise Samantha who tirelessly and diligently assisted in ensuring any obstacles to our sale were effectively resolved. The staffs such as Samantha Edson (property manager) and Dennis Johnson (letting manager) are very rude, unsupportive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this agency because of them! They demand everyone to write good reviews about them but once they give you the keys to the property they disrespect you and does not handle complaints properly. They provided us with a furnished flat full of disrepair problems and a broken mattress resulting in injury yet posting false images and video on their website. They are not keen to help us and keep saying the landlord cannot replace mattress, to buy our own and keep the Landlord's broken mattress at the same time. They are completely insane and unprofessional in the way they handle matters. The landlord deevia khatun delays work and does not hire the right people to do the works but wants work done that cost cheap yet within days, the work needs to be done again as the first work was not done properly. I thought Bairstow Eves barking was a good agency due to their kind staff Salma, but the main staffs (as mentioned before) I would say to avoid giving or accepting any properties from them due to their poor quality service, management and unprofessionalism. They just care about money and does not care about tenants or other customers. Most of the reviews you see say the same thing i.e. I recommend Dennis etc... My enquiry was first managed by Dennis. I tend to find most estate agents rather dislikable but he was so friendly and welcoming, it was really refreshing. This was important because chosing to move in to a new home also includes regularly dealing with the estate agent and so a good relationship is really important to me. Dennis was accommodating and listened to what I needed in order help me find an appropriate property quickly. For the viewings I was shown round by Salma. She was very professional, but warm and approachable too and she guided me through the whole process of securing my tenancy. She suggested I view a second property and this turned out to be the perfect choice for myself and my partner. She was responsive and efficient and I was able to move in with a week thanks to her. I really love my new home and as im a key worker, being able to move quickly has been really important and hasn't disturbed my shift pattern too much.
