Amazing customer service provided by Dennis Johnson and his team at Bairstow eves Barking! I have recently rented 1 bed flat and due to Dennis’ s professionalism, patience and great support, this was the only property to view! The process of going through references and paperwork was less than a day and the fact that he kept me informed at each stage, was very reassuring! Baistow Eves Barking has made my Christmas come early ! Just when I thought all hope's gone, they helped me secure the most eye-watering and astonishing property I can only dream about. All goes well when you step in. But when you vacate the property, there is no one to reply your queries. No response to the mails. No body is concerned about giving your deposit back. I have been redirected several times to different people. There is no one point of contact. Its more than a month since I have vacated the property still not clear on when will I receive the deposit back. Above all, Despite reporting an repair issue, no one turned up for more than 8 months to fix it but while vacating they want to deduct a sum on my deposit. Unbelievable..!! The issue is under dispute now.

Great people! Great service! My property search was a hassle until Jon started assisting me with it. He understood straight away the type of property I was looking for. Unlike other agencies, he kept following up as to whether I had found something or not; until he organised a viewing for a property which has just come to the market. I was the first to view it and I went forward with it. Unfortunately due to technicality my move in date was pushed back. Dennis and Jon did a great job keeping in touch and keeping me updated with how things were progressing. Any question I had during the all process was answered. Easy to contact or very quick response. Even after I moved in, Jon made a point to check if I was settling ok in my new place and if I had any other questions. Hi Jon , Recently I came in touch with Jon Fletcher about an enquiry for 1 bed flat. I was very impressed by the presenting skills of Jon that even there was no Bed, Sofa and dining table was available in the flat I was ready to pay the Admin fees straight away. Really happy with the gestures and the hard work he is doing. Days after leaving a glowing review, I have tried to reach Matthew Cann via telephone (phone is left on answer phone constantly) and via emails which have not been responded to. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, and this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I still need to close out some issues with Matthew and need him to respond to my emails. Thank you Matthew Cann for a very fast, seamless and quick service. Matthew carried out a rental valuation of my property in May 2018, and when I was ready to rent it out in September, he handled the process and was able to secure good tenants within 1 week of my instructions. Excellent!!!!

Great service. My contact has been with Matthew (mainly) and Dennis in lettings, and Jack in Sales. All have been especially helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. If you are looking to rent out a property, the referencing policy in place at Bairstow is stringent and therefore reassuring. A quick review update (21st March 2019). Am still highly satisfied with the team's service at Bairstow Eves/Countrywide Lettings Barking, now including Anne Peck who always deals with queries promptly. Not bad after more than two years!!

I have had a great experience at this branch. I have my house rented from them and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. The team there has been excellent and communicate very well. They promptly found great tenants and offered excellent service through out the process. I use their full management services for my property and could not be happier about my decision. Anne Peck has been a great resource and one of the best Administrative staff I have dealt with in any of the agencies I have used so far. She is very approachable, reliable and trustworthy. She will go out of her way to make sure that things are in place and the jobs are taken care of efficiently. All members of the branch work as a great team and take really good care of the client.
