GoogleGreat service from the team at Bairstow Eves Barking, especially Sadek Sayed who initially showed us the house and smoothly helped us through the whole process, Jason Dann the branch manager and Zulfi Hussain, our mortgage broker. They made the house buying process simple and stress free and were extremely friendly and helpful at every step of the way.

GoogleFrom the onset, the sales team together with the admin & management at Bairstow Eves Barking took over complete ownership of the task; communicating and setting out the standard of what turned out to be an outstanding service. All four, Hasan, Luke, Anne, and Ummar, offered highly professional and measured solutions & advice on how best to deal with my requests and manage expectations. As result, by the end of the third week or so, they secured a tenant true to their word and much to my delight, and at no extra cost than was agreed initially. I really couldn’t have asked for more customer service from a friendly team that took pride in returning my telephone calls, responding to emails, and providing all other support to fulfil my requests. I sure will recommend their service again and again.

GoogleDon’t pay depozit ,never you will take back like me. Landlord have to repair flush toilet,electrical issues,and dor handle. They don’t give my deposit of 1450£ back ,because of this problem mentioned. Agent Dennis was inspect property before to leave,and seeing all is ok,I will receive my depozit back.

GoogleWorst experience ever!! Especially because of the Landlord of 1405- lemonade building, Barking. The owner was falsly trying to claim all my deposit which i got back through the adjudication team. Also agency has no control if landlord exorts money by midusing certain situations.. stay away from this landlord & Flat.
