We were not looking forward to dealing with agents, they're usually sloppy, don't return calls, need chasing all the time... BUT these guys were fantastic. From arranging viewings with Ben to ensuring the sale progressed with Helen, they were professional and reliable. Helen in particular was ON IT with the solicitors who were being sloooooooow. Her chasing kept the sale on track for all parties. We also decided to try out Hunters for lettings, rather hesitatingly as we've had bad experiences in the past with lazy agents. They were transparent about all fees and competitive. We got tenants agreed for our property within a couple of days - and they arranged for us to meet them too before signing a contract. Bilal, the lettings guy, has been responsive and knew his stuff regarding landlord's licences and other legal stuff (I mean he should right but you'd be surprised how rubbish some agents can be). It's things we're experienced in ourselves but thought we'd see if someone else could deal with the headache. The fee definitely paid for itself as we'd have lost money just faffing around with finding and checking tenants ourselves which would have taken us atleast a month (there is a lot of compliance paperwork you have to do). They've also provided electrical certificates which is another headache dealt with and the fee was standard. With lettings, you can do things yourself but legislation changes frequently and if things go wrong, it's usually the landlord left out of pocket. All in all, a great experience with everyone at the team! Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently used Hunters to let out my flat as I hadn't had any success with the other local agents. I was in constant contact with Bilal Mirza. Not only was he extremely friendly and professional, I found his team were doing the extra mile to guarantee that my property would get rented out. I had my flat on advert with the other agents for nearly two months, which was quite concerning. Hunters, found me a one year tenancy in four days! I recently sold my house through Hunters and although there were many complications along the way, they remained professional throughout. THANKYOU to George, Ben and Helen in particular but also to everyone else who I have spoken with along the way. My only slight criticism would be that I had issues with people turning up for viewings unannounced on a few occasions and also that sometimes I felt that the service was geared to keeping the buyer happy and not myself, the seller w,ho after all is the one paying the fees.

I have used a number of agents in the past to let my properties, but now having used Hunters in Chadwell Heath there is no need for me to go to another agent. They let my property within 3 days of marketing (when another local agent had the property for almost a month and couldn’t do anything with it). I have been on their managed service for just over 6 months now and can honestly say the personal service they give me is outstanding.
