GoogleHunters were superb from start to finish! Honest and polite valuation process. Kept informed of viewings and prospects. Negotiated on our behalf and got an improved offer. After sales process was very good as were the solicitor partners. The whole process took less than 8 weeks . A big shout out for Ben who really went the extra mile and for Helen for calmly managed the admin process . We would have no hesitation in recommending Hunters !!

Ben managed the viewings brilliantly with minimal disruptions for us and he achieved top sale price from the best buyer. As the sale progressed, Helen chased the solicitors within the chain weekly giving us regular updates. The team's expertise navigated us through what is often a stressful experience leading us to a very happy house move. The rest of the team was extremely helpful too. GoogleI was very impressed with this estate agent, very professional, informative, and friendly, Helen Sach has absolutely gone that extra mile for the sale of my property as it was shared ownership and came with lots of set backs due to multiple parties being involved. She was completely on the case the whole time, contacting me and the various other parties almost every day to push the sale on and get it over the line. I genuinely can't thank her enough for her continued efforts on my behalf as it wasn't easy due to incompetence of certain other parties. I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

GoogleExtremely unprofessional and dishonest …accepted our offer along with the other which I understand happens but kept us in the loop and simultaneously was getting us to do paperwork. When our survey was booked they cancelled ours twice and suddenly was informed that completion of other party has been done and an a short unapologetic email was sent…would never recommend it to anyone.
