I met up with the wonderful Sarah West at a property for a viewing and I couldn’t have been happier with how professional yet honest she was. Sarah was very friendly and approachable, which has a big impact when dealing with people. I feel, unlike many estate agents I have dealt with, this one has had no secret agenda thus far and I’m happy with the service provided. Sarah has been very prompt and I’ve had no current need to chase for information/update. Overall great experience.

GoogleContacted The Personal Agent this morning for a New Malden property but was redirected through to a different office instead. Despite it not being his catchment, Simon was incredibly helpful and very kindly set me up on their system and then he liaised with the correct office to get me a viewing (again, out of his own area). Very helpful and lovely experience, thank you Simon!

GoogleTom Iddenden was my agent when I purchased my new property and I can highly recommend. My purchase was not an easy one as I sold my old house before getting into the new one but Tom was always on hand, chasing everyone up and making the process a bit easier. Should I move again in the future I will use the personal agent again.

GoogleAnother agency happy to sell you the dream, and how their marketing is the best etc etc. Started well but very quickly went downhill due to members of staff leaving. Ultimately we cut ties with them when they arranged a viewing where the client didn't arrive to see the property and they lied saying that the client "didn't like our home" and they were advising us to drop our sale price - we have cameras on the outside of property and had recorded confirmation that they waited and no-one arrived for the viewing. After being lied to we got away as quickly as possible! We have thankfully sold with another agency, and moved, so this is a retroactive review.

GoogleWe are very pleased with the service provided by The Personal Agent (TPA). We saw 3 local agents when looking to appoint an agent for the sale of our house but TPA were the "first out of the blocks" with follow up and impressed us with their knowledge of the local market and conditions and we were delighted to appoint them as our agent. George Evans and the team at their Banstead office have have been efficient, supportive and a pleasure to work with, both with our endeavours to sell (securing 3 offers over the asking price) and also in our quest to find a suitable property to purchase. We hope all will move smoothly to exchange and completion in the coming weeks but, based on our experience so far, we thoroughly recommend TPA.

The viewing of the property went really well; Tom was really informative and supported us throughout managing our offer. Throughout Tom has been incredibly reliable, when he says he will do something, he does. His communication has been impressive both on the telephone and email updates as the purchase is progressing. He listened to our situation and did his best for us. We have been really impressed with Personal Agent and in particular with Tom who is reliable, practical, supportive and has a can do attitude. We are really looking forward to moving into our new family home, thank-you.
