GoogleWe thought moving back from Cornwall would be stressful but thanks to Northwood, it wasn't. We found a house we loved, got a viewing quickly and found out within a few days we'd been accepted. a few forms later and we had the keys in our hands. Very professional staff who were always very lovely to talk to and helpful. We even got a welcome pack on move day which we'd never received from anyone else, a nice little touch in our opinion. The house is exactly as we expected and the communication has been excellent. I would recommend Northwood to anyone looking for a property in the area.

GoogleJonathan at Northwood was recommended to me personally for the sale of a house we had just stopped renting out. Although I had used other agents in town in the past I decided to go with this recommendation.... And I was not disappointed... Jonathan came out to visit the property and we found him honest and easy to talk to. He reassured us there was a market for properties like ours and planned to target the right potential buyers. There was much interest and many viewings all within a short time and Jonathan worked very hard on this. He helped us select the right offer and proceed. Unfortunately for personal reasons our buyer was unable to proceed and Jonathan quickly sorted out another buyer. Jonathan chased up solicitors when things went a bit "quiet" and soon we arrived at completion day. It was when a last minute hitch occured on completion day that I first spoke to Sam who came up with a quick solution and saved the day. I thoroughly recommend Jonathan and his team based on our experience with them.

GoogleCame to Northwood /King & Woolley after my previous agent went AWOL & I was in quite a state & they were such a help & sorted me out. That was over a year ago & I am so pleased to have chosen them (an ill wind etc...!). I am a long distance landlord & really need an agent I can rely on, Monica and Mariana particularly have been tremendously supportive and positive and continue to be so. When things need to be done, they get them done and I am kept up to date with all movements. Others in the offices who I have had less contact with are always polite and helpful. Altogether a positive move on my part! Many thanks.

GoogleI was always going to be picky who I asked to sell my property as a former estate agent myself; thankfully, my instinct that Jonathan and the team at Northwood were the best choice was right! The valuation and detail creating process were incredibly professional. They managed to get me a buyer almost immediately and when that buyer had unexpected issues with their chain and couldn't proceed they found me another one very quickly for the full asking price. Throughout the process Jonathan and the team were very proactive in keeping me updated and chasing up both sets of solicitors, and in many cases going above and beyond when there were issues and holdups with them to get things moving again. Take it from someone who knows the business; if you're wanting to sell around the Banbury area, you're not going to get better than Jonathan and team at Northwood.
