GoogleWe switched to Northwood after a very poor experience with an alternative Banbury estate agent. The change in professionalism, responsiveness and doing what was promised was dramatic. Northwood quickly found the correct buyers without putting every general enquirer through our house. As we were moving to a new build the sale process took some time. Sam was instrumental in keeping the long chain intact, over several months, despite a number of challenges arising for us and other members of the chain. Sam and her team have demonstrated they are deserving of a very strong recommendation for their professional and effective approach to the sale of our house. I believe you would struggle to find a better team. Thank you.

GoogleWow! Wanting to downsize and having had dire experiences of Estate Agents in the past, I wasn't sure whether to use an online agent. After a couple of conversations with local High Street agents in which it appeared to be "same old, same old" I decided online was the way to go. Then I noticed a new Estate agent had opened in Banbury, so I thought I had nothing to lose by checking them out. I made an appointment for Sam and Renee to view my house and within 20 minutes I knew that I wouldn't be using an online agent. I was blown away firstly by how genuinely friendly they were (no Estate agents' smarmy talk here!) and I was hugely impressed with the knowledge and expertise they had, including the best way to showcase my property, based on statistical evidence. They made me look at my own house through fresh eyes. It gave me real confidence that I was definitely doing the right thing by putting the marketing of my house with Northwood. More importantly though I felt that they had a genuine passion for selling houses, and for being the best in the field by combining expertise in selling property with good old fashioned Customer service and honest communication. So far they knock spots off the other agents! I really feel that this is a new company that has a fresh new approach. I think they deserve every success.

GoogleI have had my properties with Northwood Banbury for over a year now and they have been fantastic. I deal mainly with Faye, Mariana and Sam who always answer any queries or deal with any issues quickly and efficiently, making the whole process incredibly easy and straight forward. Nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them.
