GoogleI was meant to do this a while ago and totally forgot. My partner needed somewhere to live and fast, as the people buying his house set a moving date. He contacted Northwood about viewing a property and they arranged a same day viewing for him. They were nothing but helpful and accommodating from the get go! I couldn’t recommend them enough. The ladies in Banbury were wonderful!

GoogleI rented my property through Northwood for one year and had a very poor experience. The boiler broke down and, due to a complete lack of communication from the agency, it took four months to repair. I was not properly informed about the issue or the delay. the tenant moved out and I wasn’t informed . This level of service is unacceptable and shows a serious failure in property management and communication. I would not recommend this letting agency.
