GoogleThis was my first experience as a tenant and Mariana as my main contact was simply marvellous, so too was Holly and the rest of the team that I spoken to on occasion. Great communication throughout, prompt action when any issue was raised and overall, just a pleasant bunch to work with.

GoogleOver the past few years in rentals, we have dealt with many of Banbury's estate agents. I can honestly say that dealing with Northwood has undoubtably been the best experience we've had. We have received a personable service and I believe that Sam and her team genuinely care about matching tenants with landlords. Unlike the attitudes of number of other estate agents who are more "If you don't take it someone else will" and whose selling and customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. I would 100% recommend Nothwood to anyone who is looking to let/buy/sell a property as the service and communication we have received has been second to none.
Dear Jess thank you for your review its good to hear you`ve had a great experience with us. We believe that customer service is very important and would like to think we will go that extra mile.

GoogleMonica from Northwood was absolutely amazing and organised me a flat so fast and it was such a smooth process. I was going to have to turn down my job as no other agency was getting back to me so I wouldn’t have a place to live but Monica came through and was the best lettings agent I have dealt with. I will definitely be going through them again when I purchase a house in a year. Thank you guys you were amazing!
Deer JC, Thank you for your comments which are appreciated. We look forward to helping you buy a house when you are ready!!! Kind Regards Northwood Banbury Estate and Letting Agency in Banbury
