FacebookMy husband relocated with me 100 miles away from the house he owned, we picked a terrible time to put the house for sale with brexit and covid happening! Sarka put our house on the market and with lots of viewings we ended up with a few interested parties. We both work fulltime and found we could always contact distinct by email which was easier for us. The house completed yesterday and we are looking forward to now buying a joint property in Southampton. Thank you everyone. We also let the house while it was for sale through distinct.

I viewed the property on Friday 19th. The viewing was organised speedily and with no problem. Abbie from the Agent arrived promptly at the arranged time. I was particularly impressed with the Covid protocols used to ensure my viewing was safe (I am getting on in year!). The follow up to the viewing was swift and professional, and the next steps have been organised already. A great start to what I hope will be a quick and problem free purchase.

We own a small house close to the centre of Banbury, which we originally let out to a friend. When she moved on we decided the letting should be handled by a professional team, not least because of the urgent need to find a tenant. Distinct Estate Agents have really worked hard for us over some years now, giving sound advice on some refurbishment to make it more attractive both inside and out, and finding reliable new tenants as and when needed. We have been impressed by their overall property management on our behalves.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with distinct property consultants and not only did they offer excellent service finding a buyer for our property but once they did they followed through offering excellent communication between our solicitors and our buyers solicitor and keeping all party’s happy and informed. I think this estate agents really goes the extra mile and gives a personal touch making you feel like a valued costumer and that your sale is import to them. I must also add they were able to find a buyer for our property, we originally had our property on the market with two other agents before changing to distinct and I believe there excellent advertisement and passion to sell our house found us a buyer when other agents couldn’t. If I was to ever need an estate agent or be asked to recommend one I would without a doubt go for distinct property consultants. Thank you Distinct Property Consultants for making our dream house our reality.

FacebookIf you want to buy a property through this agent dont expect them to give the info you want, eg does nextdoors have a legal right to park on the drive of the property you wish to buy it cannot be that hard to tell the truth or to get the info
I do wonder if you know what the term LEGAL means and why we would ask it, you and the vendor did not answer the question of the legal right to park on the properties drive ! . What would have been the point of a visit if you would not answer the question, as for putting a review on your FB page I think it is a fair comment

We purchased our property through Distinct, Sarka communicated with us and solicitors on a regular basis, and always kept us updated all the way through.. If I was ever to sell a property Distinct would most definitely be the Estate agent I would use. Since purchasing our property we now use Distinct to manage the property, again everything has gone smoothly, Fern and Melanie in the office have been very helpful and will always help us with any questions we need answers on.
