I can not recommend Sarka enough, she responded to my message promptly and arranged to come and view our property for valuation within days. From the moment she arrived she was full of information explaining every step so we felt at ease. She was organised and had worked hard to find information about the property and area. That same evening a valuation was sent via email with yet more information. 5 star business will definitely use their services again.

5***** The best estate agency i have ever came across! We were selling the coach house few years ago and none of the “known” estate agents sold it, or even care about the sale. We have been dealing directly with Sarka and she took truthful but lovely photos of the property, also during the viewings she actually make sure the house looked and smelled nice etc etc.. we sold this property within just a week thanks to Sarka ! A breath of fresh air

Sarka at Distinct came to my rescue after I had put up with appalling service for years from a well known agent. Just a few days before Christmas enough was enough. I wish I had made the leap years ago. After having a very bad experience with another Estate Agent, I called Distinct Property Consultants, an appointment was made and we signed the contract which was very straight forward. Photographs were taken, Sarka Wilde then had them re-taken as she wasn't very happy with them. Everything was very straight forward, we had updates on appointments, clients feedback. Distinct Property listen to what the buyers and sellers want and matches them accordingly. Then that day came and we had a buyer. This took approximately 6 weeks, considering I was with the last Estate Agent for over a year. Distinct Property Consultants are very professional at all times. Easy to liase with. What a brilliant company Distinct Property Consultants are. Sarka and her team are the most hard-working, conscientious, diligent, helpful and friendly company I have ever used. From the moment she came and valued our property, Sarka kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and also introduced us to Charlotte, her PA. What a very professional lady she is too. She has a certain calmness about her so when things aren't quite going according to plan, she is there with a bit of a friendly chat. Our sale was quite tricky and took far longer than we thought it would, but when we completed on the sale yesterday I think both Sarka and Charlotte were just as thrilled and delighted as we were. Humane & Empathetic Lettings Agents in Business (UK)

My friend and I were looking for separate houses to move with our respective families in and around airport retail park, Coventry UK. My friend had scheduled a viewing to a property, for which I too accompanied him. That was the first time, I met Maria Lucas MARLA, who was representing Distinct agents. I liked the way the house was freshly renovated, provision of white goods for kitchen and the very presentation and explanation of rules Maria did for us. It was very professional. We had earlier researched about Distinct Agents and had found that they have very good rating for their service they offered. My friend, instantly filed the application and completed the formalities of the contract to rent the house. It was my luck that they had another house just a block away, which was too getting renovated. Looking at the generosity of Distinct agents to accommodate my friend for a slightly delayed moving in, as his family was to travelling to UK on a specific date, I felt Distinct agents are very comfortable to deal with. I immediately, scheduled the viewing for the house which was getting renovated, this house was the exact replica of my friends house and it belonged to the same landlord Mrs Anne Wallis. I liked the decent interiors. A month later I rented this house and moved in... As it was the ground floor house, there was an issue of low water pressure. When we reported that to the issue to the Distinct agents, the landlord and the agents were very proactive to find the issue and solved it by replacing the entire boiler. This is one such incident. Both the landlord and Maria were very helpful. We too had kept the property very clean. Finally, when I had to move out of the house and eventually out of UK, Maria suggested to consider certain points while cleaning the property. The one humane and empathetic part of Maria was worth of mention that, she said “We want you to get back your deposit in full”. This is rare. Unlike in other countries real estate industry in UK, including lettings directly contribute to the GDP of the country. Hence many agents unnecessarily take money from the tenants. The very example was our previous Lettings agents, who not only charged us with exorbitant and unimaginable amounts but also didn’t give us any breakup of the charges. We too took Maria’s suggestions and cleaned meticulously cleaned the property. Both Landlord and Maria were kind enough to refund the entire deposit. My respect for Distinct Agents and the Landlord was held high... Many thanks for being helpful. I wish Distinct Agents to scale up to the peak of fame in their domain and make tremendous progress with their good work. Have a Great Time Ahead!

Distinct Estate Agents submitted proposals to handle the sale of a fully refurbished property in Strawberry Terrace in competition with two other local reputable Agents and were awarded the commission based on the following - 1 Their suggestions on further enhancements to the refurbishment to make the property more attractive to potential buyers. 2 Their marketing strategy which included an exclusive open day prior to the full launch on the internet. 3 A realistic and fully justified assessment of the asking price 4 Sarka, the Principal, came across as being someone who would be fully hands-on throughout the sales process were we to appoint Distinct. 5 Realistic fee structure Following their appointment Distinct secured an acceptable offer close to the asking price within a few days of the open day and before the property was place on the open internet market. The sale successfully completed a few weeks later. Throughout the whole process, Sarka was constantly "on the case", pushing hard when necessary and gently nursing along the purchaser whilst under pressure from us for progress! We would strongly recommend Distinct for selling and advising on property sales in the Bloxham and surrounding area . Can’t recommend Sarka and her team enough. Distinct provided a seamless and efficient professional service on a difficult sale as the property was unoccupied and not local to us. The advice, ability to sort any issues from gas safety checks to viewings and any upkeep problems, was invaluable. Feedback was honest and helpful, communication great, and they worked well with both the buyer and solicitors etc., for a timely exchange and completion. The valuation was spot on and the expected sale price achieved, despite local high street agents being less optimistic! Our buyer was not local either, so clearly Distinct’s marketing reaches far and wide to give the sale maximum exposure to potential buyers. I’d definitely use Distinct again. 5 star service!

I used Distinct Estate Agents to find me a tenant following a personal recommendation. The service was fantastic. Head and shoulders above the rest. I simply sat back having given my brief and let Distinct Estate Agents do the work. I didn’t have to chase once. Each time they had a viewing, they sent me a follow-up report. I always knew, therefore, what was happening. A total contrast to the previous agent I used. Would I use Distinct Estate Agents again? Silly question. Absolutely, without hesitation. I recommend this agency without hesitation, especially Maria Lucas who is my letting agent. As a first time landlord, she held my hand through the entire process and was very supportive, explaining everything I needed to know. She responds quickly and no question was ever too silly for her! Having purchased a property just before Christmas I wasn't hopeful of finding a tenant quickly, but Maria had the letting particulars ready to go on completion. She was there to do viewings between Christmas and New Year, found me some great tenants and they moved in on 7th Jan, unbelievable service! Professional, intuitive, dependable

This is the first review i have ever done, but Maria at Distinct has been fantastic from start to finish. As a family with young children relocating from London we were trying to fit viewings into one day. Maria went out of her way to accommodate our travel needs. During the viewing Maria made notes of any questions we had, whether big or small, and dropped us an email with the answers the next day. As a landlord myself, having non-genuine viewings is a pain, some people like to have a nose with no intention of renting/buying the property. Maria had a gentle questioning style where she was able to ascertain whether i was genuinely interested or a 'viewing tourist'. All follow up questions regarding the property have been dealt with promptly, including when Maria was on holiday. Maria at Distinct is a breath of fresh air in the estate agent business, i wish there were more like her.

Maria at Distinct Agents is the agent for my flat in Coventry since I bought it in February. Before this she was the agent for my son, who was the previous owner. My son first asked her to be the agent for the flat because several of his friends recommended her, and he was extremely pleased with the job she did. . She was very helpful and very efficient, and went beyond the call of duty in helping him and his wife to sort out problems arising from before she took over as their agent. I have also found her to be a really good agent. I am currently looking for another tenant as the last one is leaving, and she has been very good keeping in touch with me over what is happening, notifying me when someone is being shown round, but also letting me know the feedback and giving detailed helpful suggestions. She has always been lovely to deal with, and I feel very safe with the flat in her care. I really can't fault her!

Very safe hands!

As a first time landlord I felt in very safe hands with Maria. She guided me through the whole thing, explained everything and no question was too stupid for her! I completed on my purchase right before Christmas and assumed we wouldn't even get viewings until after the holidays, but she was hot on the case with marketing, showed people round between Christmas and New Year and our tenants moved in the first week of January. Estate Agent review (from Landlord)

The team at Distinct are absolutely brilliant and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to let out their property in the Warwickshire area. After previously having a very disappointing experience with another agent, I was looking for someone to take my property, let it, manage it and take care of everything with minimum fuss or bother to me - Distinct have done this and more. They got a tenant into my property almost immediately and were able to get me more rent than I had previously been receiving! Bonus! Everything was managed smoothly and professionally - emails and phone calls always answered promptly and nothing was too much bother for the team. The inventory is more detailed than anything I've seen before from other agents and the care and professionalism that the team have shown me has been really outstanding.
