Highly professional but with the personal touch

I was hugely impressed by the service offered by Sarka and her team. My flat was going to become vacant a few days before Christmas, not the best time by any means, but Sarka was on the case straightaway and I soon had a highly professional advert up in all the right places with all the paperwork taken care of. I was somewhat out of her area but this didn't affect things at all. Very impressed and I can recommend Distinct without hesitation.

Excellent Estate Agent

Our involvement with Sarka and Maria has been through our property sale. Their professionalism has been superb throughout our dealings with them. Every aspect has been covered with clear advice and support. However, it has been their clear communication that has been the most outstanding. They obviously communicate well with each other as they always knew the situation with the property sale. They also communicated regularly with me and not just in normal 9-5 hours. Always available. Personal service and great advice

Selling a house can be a stressful experience which is why it's so important to have the right agent working for you. Distinct Estate Agents started with sound pricing advice based on a comprehensive review of similar properties to mine and we achieved the asking price. confident that the price was achievable and slightly above my initial expectations. But more than this Sarka and Maria were always helpful and available; with feedback from viewings, plenty of notice for viewing appointments and then a text when they'd finished to say the property is free .... all little touches that help make the process as simple as possible. And once we'd received an offer and the property was off the market they were still there, chivying the lawyers along, making sure everything was running smoothly even helping my buyers out when they got themselves into a bit of a muddle I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Do give them a call

Outstanding!

I've had dealings with many estate agents over the years and almost without exception they have been sorry experiences. In contrast, however, Sarka from Distinct Estate Agents is a revelation! She brings a whole new level of superb customer service to a much maligned industry. She gave me and my wife wise and accurate professional advice on our investment and when we were unable to project manage the major refurbishment due to living many miles away we were happy to hand over the whole project to Sarka. It could not have been handled better, Sarka took care of everything but kept us informed throughout. She specified and sourced materials, fixtures and fittings, engaged contractors and ensured the property was renovated to a superb standard that aligned with it's value. The refurbishment was finished on time and to the previously agreed and reasonable budget. There was only one very small issue and this was quickly resolved with a phone call. We lost no sleep over any this as we felt very safe I Sarka's hands and supremely confident in her ability. Imagine our surprise when Sarka called the morning after signing off the work to say she had found a suitable tenant and at a rent very much at the high end for the location. We had high expectations of Distinct Estate Agents after reading glowing reviews but Sarka and her team exceeded these by a country mile!

Stress Free and Easy

Maria was great to deal with and very responsive and flexible for a smooth hassle-free few days to have everything organised and confirmed. After viewing the property on a Saturday morning, I decided it was the right fit for me, so spoke to Maria who had it reserved for me very quickly. The application process was completed very conveniently and quickly that weekend. Referencing was also very quick and took less than a working week. Communication at all times through the referencing was great. Overall my experience was very good, and it was summed up by the team organising the acceptance of my bed prior to moving in (which was hugely helpful!). Many Thanks! Clive.

Excellent service

Sarka was impressively professional throughout. I had the flat with two different well known local agents and they did next to nothing for me. It was only when I involved Sarka that I started to get interest because of the way that she marketed the property. She found two quality tenants very quickly and the second couple took on the flat. and are very happy there. Communication was excellent, Sarka always returned my calls and texts no matter what time of day. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent Rental Agent - Pro-active and very professional

Delighted with the service provided by Distinct. Efficient, knowledgeable and reliable team

In the relatively short time that I have done business with Distinct Estate Agents I have been impressed with every aspect of their service. The properties have been marketed at excellent rentals with minimal void periods. Maintenance is carried out super efficiently at reasonable rates. Communications are great and payments clear and speedily transacted. I only wish they were a presence in other areas as without any hesitation they would be my agent of choice.

We have had a poor experience from distinct. We have been chasing them every other day and getting no response from anyone on progress with potentially letting a property. We’ve waited 2 weeks for a reply from anyone in the team with no response. The property we were looking to rent has now been taken off the market even though we were the first people to view it and were ready to put down a deposit in the same day, we now don’t have the opportunity to do this. Very disappointed.

We recently sold our house with distinct property consultants and not only did they offer excellent service finding a buyer for our property but once they did they followed through offering excellent communication between our solicitors and our buyers solicitor and keeping all party’s happy and informed. I think this estate agents really goes the extra mile and gives a personal touch making you feel like a valued costumer and that your sale is import to them. I must also add they were able to find a buyer for our property, we originally had our property on the market with two other agents before changing to distinct and I believe there excellent advertisement and passion to sell our house found us a buyer when other agents couldn’t. If I was to ever need an estate agent or be asked to recommend one I would without a doubt go for distinct property consultants. Friendly and helpful

Maria was always very friendly and quick to respond, allowing WhatsApp communication made the process a lot smoother to sort in-between long working hours. Very fast and efficient process to move from booking the property to moving in coupled with a very open approach with an upfront charging structure without extortionate fees cropping up unexpectedly as can happen with many in the industry.
