I wish I had made the leap years ago. Tenant Find Service - Distinct Estate Agents

I used Distinct Estate Agents to find me a tenant following a personal recommendation. The service was fantastic. Head and shoulders above the rest. I simply sat back having given my brief and let Distinct Estate Agents do the work. I didn’t have to chase once. Each time they had a viewing, they sent me a follow-up report. I always knew, therefore, what was happening. A total contrast to the previous agent I used. Would I use Distinct Estate Agents again? Silly question. Absolutely, without hesitation. Can't fault this agent.

Maria at Distinct Agents is the agent for my flat in Coventry since I bought it in February. Before this she was the agent for my son, who was the previous owner. My son first asked her to be the agent for the flat because several of his friends recommended her, and he was extremely pleased with the job she did. . She was very helpful and very efficient, and went beyond the call of duty in helping him and his wife to sort out problems arising from before she took over as their agent. I have also found her to be a really good agent. I am currently looking for another tenant as the last one is leaving, and she has been very good keeping in touch with me over what is happening, notifying me when someone is being shown round, but also letting me know the feedback and giving detailed helpful suggestions. She has always been lovely to deal with, and I feel very safe with the flat in her care. I really can't fault her!

My property was for rental and was presented by another local letting agent. Time went by and nothing seemed to be happening . Very safe hands!

As a first time landlord I felt in very safe hands with Maria. She guided me through the whole thing, explained everything and no question was too stupid for her! I completed on my purchase right before Christmas and assumed we wouldn't even get viewings until after the holidays, but she was hot on the case with marketing, showed people round between Christmas and New Year and our tenants moved in the first week of January. Everything was done speedily and efficiently and I highly recommend her and this agency.

Estate Agent review (from Landlord)

The team at Distinct are absolutely brilliant and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to let out their property in the Warwickshire area. After previously having a very disappointing experience with another agent, I was looking for someone to take my property, let it, manage it and take care of everything with minimum fuss or bother to me - Distinct have done this and more. They got a tenant into my property almost immediately and were able to get me more rent than I had previously been receiving! Bonus! Everything was managed smoothly and professionally - emails and phone calls always answered promptly and nothing was too much bother for the team. The inventory is more detailed than anything I've seen before from other agents and the care and professionalism that the team have shown me has been really outstanding.

Highly professional but with the personal touch

I was hugely impressed by the service offered by Sarka and her team. My flat was going to become vacant a few days before Christmas, not the best time by any means, but Sarka was on the case straightaway and I soon had a highly professional advert up in all the right places with all the paperwork taken care of. I was somewhat out of her area but this didn't affect things at all. Very impressed and I can recommend Distinct without hesitation.

Outstanding!

I've had dealings with many estate agents over the years and almost without exception they have been sorry experiences. In contrast, however, Sarka from Distinct Estate Agents is a revelation! She brings a whole new level of superb customer service to a much maligned industry. She gave me and my wife wise and accurate professional advice on our investment and when we were unable to project manage the major refurbishment due to living many miles away we were happy to hand over the whole project to Sarka. It could not have been handled better, Sarka took care of everything but kept us informed throughout. She specified and sourced materials, fixtures and fittings, engaged contractors and ensured the property was renovated to a superb standard that aligned with it's value. The refurbishment was finished on time and to the previously agreed and reasonable budget. There was only one very small issue and this was quickly resolved with a phone call. We lost no sleep over any this as we felt very safe I Sarka's hands and supremely confident in her ability. Imagine our surprise when Sarka called the morning after signing off the work to say she had found a suitable tenant and at a rent very much at the high end for the location. We had high expectations of Distinct Estate Agents after reading glowing reviews but Sarka and her team exceeded these by a country mile!

Excellent service

Sarka was impressively professional throughout. I had the flat with two different well known local agents and they did next to nothing for me. It was only when I involved Sarka that I started to get interest because of the way that she marketed the property. She found two quality tenants very quickly and the second couple took on the flat. and are very happy there. Excellent Rental Agent - Pro-active and very professional

First Class Letting Agent

We own a small house close to the centre of Banbury, which we originally let out to a friend. Very helpful and efficient service

After using a large countrywide service, where messages were not passed on and the service department was a few hundred miles away, it is very good to get excellent personal service. I can not stress enough how highly I would recommend working with them.

These girls really know lettings inside out! This included advice on how to handle difficult negotiations with my former tenants and former letting agent, getting me more money from the deposit. In less then 24 hours of advertising the property, they had received masses of requests, within the following week they did 12 viewing and were really to keen to help me choose the "right person" rather than the first person interested. They were proactive, keep me informed at every stage and gave regular feedback. From the point the marketing went live the ideal tenant was in within 2 weeks. Sarka provided us with a wonderfully helpful personalised service. She gave us invaluable advice on renovations needed and these together with excellent marketing resulted in the property being let at a higher then expected rent (given equivalent properties in the area) within 24 hours! Moreover there was a queue of three more who had viewed and would have liked the property!
