My buy-to-let flat was completed late on a Wednesday, and I met with Sarka to go through the lettings details mid-morning on the following day.
The flat was photographed and put on-line by that evening, and by Saturday there were several viewings booked in for the Monday. By Tuesday we had a tenant!
Distinct arranged for the carpets to be cleaned and prepared a very comprehensive itinerary of the flat, prior to the tenant moving in.
I was really impressed by the service and would wholeheartedly recommend Distinct to anyone who has a property for letting.
