GoogleI recently worked with Rupert Viney, the Senior Lettings Manager at M&Ps Balham & Clapham South office, in relation to the possible short-let of a property in the Nightingale Triangle which I was, at the same time, looking to sell. It was quite a finely balanced situation as Rupert knew our first priority was to sell but, in a difficult sales market, he was assiduous in looking to introduce potential short term corporate tenants prepared to pay top rentals which would have generated some interim cash flow for us, without having to commit to a longer lease. In the event, the property has sold more quickly than we expected but I am pleased to say that I found Rupert to be a very helpful, proactive (without being pushy), commercial and pleasant individual to deal with 👍🏻👍🏻

GoogleI have known Marsh & Parsons for many years but the first time I used them seriously was last year when I was looking to rent a property with a garden in the SW11/SW4/SW12 area.
I dealt with Toby in the Balham office who I found to be extremely professional. My situation changed many times and Toby remained both patient and in contact throughout, presenting me with properties that were always suitable and matched my needs.
I have ended up not using M&P to rent as I have now relocated abroad. However, from the first hand experience dealing Toby and his professional approach, I have decided to sell my own property in the Clapham area with them.

GoogleWe were looking to rent while the market was frankly crazy. Having been outbid on two flats before we got to 16a Dagnan, we were assured and well advised by Toby at M&P who was empathetic to our position having recently moved with his partner. He gave us his honest view on how we should approach bidding in the current market and didnt try to pull any kind of wool over our eyes (which happened with a couple of other agents)! From the moment our bid was made he was in constant communication with us, explaining each step of the process and keeping us in the loop when the landlord was deciding on our offer. Toby also went above and beyond his remit, letting my partner see the flat after we had agreed a deal (which put her mind at ease having not see it up to that point)! I would recommend Toby and M&P to anyone looking to rent in this market: where so many estate agents are out for themselves Toby genuinely wanted to help.
