GoogleUnbelievable service from the Team at Marsh & Parsons. The agent Toby Brewer was extremely knowledgeable and helped us secure our house at a great price in this competitive market by going for 3 years. Our friend who recently moved in with his partner was able to swap out with ease, and we are safe from rental increases - extremely grateful for the support in these uncertain times.

GoogleIf I could rate Marsh & Parsons zero stars, that would still not be low enough to properly convey the hell they put us through. Specifically Rupert Viney and Toby Brewer who caused months of grief for myself and my flatmates. They’ll tell you not to worry about a break clause, and that the Landlord will be sure to approve any tenant swaps, then when you request one they’ll use it as leverage to extort you for potentially thousands of pounds to exit the property. I would not deal with these letting agents even if the future of human life itself depended on it. Had we not been constrained by time and resources I would have pursued them further in court, as I believe they acted not only in breach of good faith, but also the law. They held allegations of misconduct over our heads, but refused to provide any evidence when we requested it. Absolute lowest form of life, oxygen thieves. With regards to M&P’s below response, I believe there were multiple situations where they acted against their moral obligations, and potentially out of accordance with the law. Completely unfair from start to finish, and they’ll happily make good honest people out to be criminals. Had I more time I would pursue them legally, but they’ll take advantage of your situation to make as much money for their clients as possible.

GoogleIn a currently pretty daunting rental market and dealing with multiple estate agents while trying to find the right property, Ollie (Jacques) really stood out for his helpfulness and trying to find somewhere that fit our requirements, which is often not the case. Even though we finally found somewhere through another agency I would 100% go back to Ollie if I were looking for somewhere again. I would highly recommend him, thank you!

GoogleWe rented a flat with them. They were calling us several times per day until we made the payment. Once we paid, they did not respond to our calls or emails, asking for questions about the flat, such as where and when to get the keys. The only emails that we received from them was to make sure that we had set up the standing order and to leave them a good review (here it is). We went to the flat during the check-in, which was made by an independent company. The guy of this company was the one who gave us the keys. There was no one of the agency the first day when we moved. The flat was dusty and dirty. The toilette was clearly not cleaned, we found some nails (finger nails) in a drawer in the room, some drawers were broken... There were several details about their management that show their irresponsibility and a lack of professionalism by them. In our view, they only take care of making sure that we pay and then they do not care about their clients. TRY TO AVOID.

GoogleI have been a client of Marsh and Parsons for about 13/15 years...the longevity of this relationship is proof of my opinion of this agency. The various teams and managers i have worked with throughout these years have all shown total commitment to finding suitable tenants as efficiently as possible. I like the way they have listened to my aspirations and managed my expectations. This year Rupert Viney and Emma Procter surpassed themselves and found ideal tenants within a mere 72 hours. We all know this business encourages parties to twist not stick.....but i am happy to stick 😊

She was both very friendly and helpful but also organised, patient and kept us up to date throughout the house hunt. Whilst we didn't end up renting with Marsh and Parsons, I would definitely recommend them for the viewing and house-hunt process.

GoogleMy flatmate and I recently moved to a lovely flat in London. We were lucky enough to have been assisted in our move by the amazing Lettings Negotiator Ollie. He was an incredible help, not only did he secure us a great flat, but he went out of his way to show us properties virtually and keep us updated as we were currently residing in Edinburgh. I could not recommend the company enough and Ollie! In comparison to other estate agents, they were the best!
