GoogleHad a very positive experience using Marsh and Parsons to help me find a flat to rent in Clapham South. The agent I dealt with, Rupert, was clearly very knowledgeable about the local area and the current rental market, while always being very responsive to any questions and incredibly easy to deal with. He was very quick to find me a great flat in my price range in the perfect area, and made the process of agreeing and signing the tenancy incredibly straightforward and painless.

GoogleWe recently sold our two-bed flat in Clapham through Marsh & Parsons. The team clearly had good knowledge of the local market and prices, and the fact that the office was very nearby was extremely handy for keeping in touch. Max Warby always kept us updated on progress with our buyer and was easy to deal with throughout. A pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to recommend.

FacebookVery disappointed! I have been looking with my partner for a flat in the area. We did find one eventually but have been lied about the lease time and potential extension to make an additional bathroom at the property. The initial lease term decrease from 990 years to 60 years and potential extension has never been agreed with landlord. We have wasted 1 month of our time with agent. We have been left in limbo like everything was fine till we found out we have been lied. We declined on offer after those conditions arose. The agent name was Dominico. I am not saying the the whole estate agency is wrong, but the person we dealt with acted with very unprofessional manner and in his own interest misleading clients with information given- we went to see property with 2 other friends, and he said that lies in front of all of us!

GoogleI am being asked for a renewal fee for a flat I left 13 months ago. They have no right to a fee and they are either exceedingly dumb or grasping about this. I shall write more if they do not stop pestering me for £72 they did not earn nor ever asked for. I know they are estate agents, and nobody likes them, but do they have to be so thick? Otherwise they did a fair job showing me around, and presumably earned handsomely from the deal at inception

Really responsive, showed us lovely properties and constantly kept us updated with any news on places we were interested in. Out of all the many estate agents we dealt with Toby was up there with his professionalism and non pushy ways. Would highly recommend anyone to use him!

GoogleI have been using Marsh & Parsons to let my flat in Clapham South for over 10 years, and have been very happy with the service. They are very reliable & find good tenants quickly. I have dealt with many staff members over the years, to be expected, I suppose. Rupert from Clapham South & Emma most recently. Both very helpful in sorting out issues for the tenants and coming up with helpful solutions on new lets!
