GoogleMainly dealt with Amie and Sarah. They were fantastic throughout our whole experience with Williams. They were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was brilliant, we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Williams :)

GoogleWe found a property with Williams and from the very first point of contact they were both informative and very helpful. Amy Woolley showed us round the property and we found her to be very knowledgeable and if there was anything she didn’t know about the house, Amy was very quick to get back to us and has been a very good, guiding hand through the whole process of purchasing the property.

GoogleIt started so well, we thought we had found the best estate agents. Aimee was very helpful and enthusiastic, we put an offer on a property and after negotiations it was accepted. It then started going down hill, unfortunately Aimee did not respond to emails and was never available when we rang. We even emailed and asked if we had offended her!!!!!! On our second visit to the property a charming young lady called Leah showed us around, what a joy. We are now in our property and received some mail for the previous owner. A short email to Aimee asking about a forwarding address, we signed off as Chris and Carole as we always did, her reply started Hi Tosland, very rude and not I think terribly business like. GoogleWilliams were absolutely brilliant. Liam was friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble, always available and if not he always got back to us on the same day. We had such a great experience with him and he was very patient and understanding of what we required in a house we wanted to purchase . He was always so positive . We never actually purchased a house in the end with Williams but it was not for the want of trying ,but for me to leave a review shows how much we valued his help . He is a credit to Williams ,and if anyone was looking for an estate agent to help them purchase a house ,that would go above and beyond ,then I would highly recommend Liam and Williams estate agents in Aylesbury .

The rest of the team were lovely. We had such a great experience, it was so positive and he had shown us properties with real potential. If we ever move again then we'll certainly be approaching them again. My partner and I have dealt with another estate agent due to location in a neighbouring town and they have been OK at best. Unprofessional at times, they didn't work too well with us. The experience and even chemistry was not great especially when we compared it to Williams. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy experience from start to finish with everyone at Williams Properties has been exceptional. My fiancee and I were due to buy a property at the beginning of 2019 which fell through due to the impact of COVID-19. Aimee and Tim at Williams were the only estate agents in Aylesbury who bothered to keep in touch with us to check in and see when we wanted to pick the house search up. As a result we decided to work exclusively with them as it was clear they valued us. Very quickly we found the perfect property and Aimee was excellent at ensuring the sale was agreed quickly and efficiently. During the conveyancing process there were some issues caused by the solicitor we used. This is where Williams really stepped up and showed how great their client care is. Tom picked up the process and resolved all issues in a timely manner whilst providing regular updates and feedback. GoogleI bought a flat to rent out 2 years ago. Didn’t have a clue so asked Pauline to manage it for me. Best decision ever! Pauline was direct and straight to the point which I love as I am the same. She handled my flat fabulously and helped a great deal when I sold this year. Not sorry to get rid of the flat but sorry I no longer have an excuse to chat to Pauline!!! Great service, highly recommend

GoogleBeing first time buyers, my Fiancée and I were overwhelmed by the information that we had to get to terms with. What stood out the most of Tim was the fact that he was able to explain and simplify the house buying process not only from the capacity of the selling agent but also Legal, process and execution side. This displayed that he was knowledgeable enough and capable of provide a full service. Tim was also quick to understand our needs upon which he used his initiative to find a similar property to the one we were booked to view, it was in the same area and meant that we wouldn't have to arrange another booking. This resulted in us saving time and making an offer on a property that originally wasn't booked! The post viewing service was also exceptional in comparison to other agents. There were some answers that were more clear and speedy from Tim than other "professional" stakeholders in the process. Apart from his jokes requiring some improvement, I highly recommend his services.

GoogleFrom living in London with our parents, me and my partner decided we were ready to buy our first flat. Narrowed the location down to Aylesbury but still no clue of what to get. We stumbled across Tim at Williams who showed us numerous flats in areas around Aylesbury and we ended up buying one! GoogleHaving dealt with other agencies in Aylesbury I found Williams estate agents to not only be knowledgeable about the properties they are marketing which is huge plus, but also pleasant & courteous. The visits to various properties were arranged quickly,no sales pitch or pressure to buy. Tim was great & a pleasure to liaise with him & we purchased a property through him. He patiently answered all my questions quickly of which there were many! Fully recommend this company & wish them all continued success.

GoogleWhen we decided to put our house up for sale, we didn't have a clue which estate agents to go with. Out of the 3 estate agents we met with, it was an easy decision to go with Williams Properties. Aimee was true to her word and sold our house within a week of being on the market. Despite the buyer having to withdraw a couple of months later, Aimee sold our house within 3 hours of it going back on the market for the same value! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Williams Properties, Darryl, Aimee, and the rest of the team there, are brilliant.

GoogleHaving had an unsatisfactory experience with purple bricks, we decided to use Williams as one of our local agents soon after. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional. Within a day of contact, Tom came round, spent his time explaining what they do and their marketing, and within a few days we had multiple offers. Its unfortunate we didn't sell through Williams though I would still highly highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone. Constant communication, quick feedback and everything felt sincere throughout. GoogleReally impressed with Williams - they were streets ahead of the local competition and particularly the larger national chains. Much better attention to detail and personalised service. The team were all a pleasure to deal with and we felt they genuinely wanted to get our property sold, even in a very challenging market. Special mention to Tom, Aimee and Darryl for their perseverance and patience. We spoke to a few different agents during the process but Williams were by far the nicest to deal with and they kept us up to date throughout the process - much more proactive than some of their competitors. Thanks to all the team - we would highly recommend Williams.
