Williams were absolutely brilliant. Liam was friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble, always available and if not he always got back to us on the same day. We had such a great experience with him and he was very patient and understanding of what we required in a house we wanted to purchase . He was always so positive . We never actually purchased a house in the end with Williams but it was not for the want of trying ,but for me to leave a review shows how much we valued his help . He is a credit to Williams ,and if anyone was looking for an estate agent to help them purchase a house ,that would go above and beyond ,then I would highly recommend Liam and Williams estate agents in Aylesbury .

Williams were absolutely brilliant. Liam was friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble, always available and if not he always got back to us on the same day. The rest of the team were lovely. We had such a great experience, it was so positive and he had shown us properties with real potential. If we ever move again then we'll certainly be approaching them again. My partner and I have dealt with another estate agent due to location in a neighbouring town and they have been OK at best. Unprofessional at times, they didn't work too well with us. The experience and even chemistry was not great especially when we compared it to Williams. Highly recommended.

My experience from start to finish with everyone at Williams Properties has been exceptional. My fiancee and I were due to buy a property at the beginning of 2019 which fell through due to the impact of COVID-19. Aimee and Tim at Williams were the only estate agents in Aylesbury who bothered to keep in touch with us to check in and see when we wanted to pick the house search up. As a result we decided to work exclusively with them as it was clear they valued us. Very quickly we found the perfect property and Aimee was excellent at ensuring the sale was agreed quickly and efficiently. During the conveyancing process there were some issues caused by the solicitor we used. This is where Williams really stepped up and showed how great their client care is. Tom picked up the process and resolved all issues in a timely manner whilst providing regular updates and feedback. Being first time buyers, my Fiancée and I were overwhelmed by the information that we had to get to terms with. What stood out the most of Tim was the fact that he was able to explain and simplify the house buying process not only from the capacity of the selling agent but also Legal, process and execution side. This displayed that he was knowledgeable enough and capable of provide a full service. Tim was also quick to understand our needs upon which he used his initiative to find a similar property to the one we were booked to view, it was in the same area and meant that we wouldn't have to arrange another booking. This resulted in us saving time and making an offer on a property that originally wasn't booked! The post viewing service was also exceptional in comparison to other agents. There were some answers that were more clear and speedy from Tim than other "professional" stakeholders in the process. Apart from his jokes requiring some improvement, I highly recommend his services.

Having dealt with other agencies in Aylesbury I found Williams estate agents to not only be knowledgeable about the properties they are marketing which is huge plus, but also pleasant & courteous. The visits to various properties were arranged quickly,no sales pitch or pressure to buy. Tim was great & a pleasure to liaise with him & we purchased a property through him. When we decided to put our house up for sale, we didn't have a clue which estate agents to go with. Out of the 3 estate agents we met with, it was an easy decision to go with Williams Properties. Aimee was true to her word and sold our house within a week of being on the market. Despite the buyer having to withdraw a couple of months later, Aimee sold our house within 3 hours of it going back on the market for the same value! Having had an unsatisfactory experience with purple bricks, we decided to use Williams as one of our local agents soon after. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and professional. Really impressed with Williams - they were streets ahead of the local competition and particularly the larger national chains. Much better attention to detail and personalised service. The team were all a pleasure to deal with and we felt they genuinely wanted to get our property sold, even in a very challenging market. Special mention to Tom, Aimee and Darryl for their perseverance and patience. We spoke to a few different agents during the process but Williams were by far the nicest to deal with and they kept us up to date throughout the process - much more proactive than some of their competitors. The name you need to know is “Aimee” at Williams Properties. House buying and selling is a stressful, frustrating business. I had a rental property with Williams for eight years and mainly dealt with Pauline. Unfortunately the last rental went sour with the tenant not paying and we had to go through the Courts to get her evicted. Pauline was very helpful, dealing with the paperwork all the way and keeping me informed. We managed to get the tenant out of the property and, with Pauline's perseverance, managed to get the outstanding rental sorted, partly from the benefits as the tenant had been claiming but not passing it on, and partly through the guarantor.

Williams did a great job of marketing our property. The glossy details were second to none. They are also the only agent in town to produce their own high quality newspaper. Our property was beautifully marketed and achieved the highest price of any other property on the Oakwood Park Estate. I believe it was the high quality marketing materials and non-pressurised sales techniques that ensured our sale broke the ceiling price for the local area. I was contemplating using an online agency. However, I am so pleased that I didn't. There were delays in our chain caused by ineffectual staff at 'PurpleBricks' (an online agency) who one of the other customers was using alongside a very dubious online solicitors. It was only the tenacity and professionalism of the staff at Williams that made our sale happen (and the sales of the rest of the chain x9 properties!). I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Williams. Thank you to Daryl and Tom for all your help, for consistently being at the end of the phone with reassuring advice and support throughout the process and for your support in dealing with all the issues which we encountered. Highly recommended!

After the initial disappointment that our house purchase fell through, Tom reacted impeccably and on the same day he had arranged a viewing on a similar house which he was confident we would like. He wasn't wrong and that evening our offer was excepted. At this time we was about to be homeless in one week and although the process wasn't as quick as we hoped mainly due to the vendor using the help to buy scheme, Tom kept me updated throughout and i can't thank him enough for his efforts in pushing the solicitors along etc, it has been a stressful time as i'm sure all house purchasers are and at times the process has really tested my patients but Tom made every effort to reassure me things were processing and not to worry to much. We finally exchanged this week and have a moving date.

My experience with Willams was on the sales side and I found them to be very helpful and approachable but ultimately efficient and effective. We sold and purchased a property through them and certainly encountered a fair few of the house moving challenges that anyone moving house can be exposed to. I found that the two main contacts I dealt with were always available (even on their day off) and unwavering in offering advice and support. In my opinion they also went over and above the call of duty when the process was waivering on the paperwork side and stepped in to provide a strong guiding hand to keep everything on track. Based on my experiences I would unreservedly recommend Williams for buying or selling a property.

I highly recommend Williams Estate Agency in Aylesbury, Bucks. They have fabulous marketing which includes fabulous brochures and inviting pictures and to top it all a fantastic team, especially David Matthews. David kept me well informed regarding my sale from start to finish and I never had to call to ask for an update as he and his team always informed me first so I was never left to wonder regarding the progress of my sale. I would never use another Estate Agency as Williams' expertise and experience, including detailed market knowledge, especially from David Matthews, is the best there is. You will not be disappointed! UPDATE (18 June 2014): Steve has been in touch regarding my experience (outlined below) and has since apologised for the misunderstanding. I've been advised that the issues I have raised will not recur in future. As far as I am concerned, my complaint has been dealt with satisfactorily. With the exception of what happened, Williams was very good at contacting me with new houses on the market and got back to me quickly regarding any enquiries I made. ---------------------------- Awful. Made a special journey from south London to do a viewing on my day off and Williams Estate Agency didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me the house had been sold. Apparently, this sort of behaviour is perfectly acceptable because they warned me the house would sell quickly. They didn't apologise. In fact, they were belligerent. I did put my complaint in writing to them about their appalling customer service. And they did not respond. I recommend avoiding this estate agency. It'll save you a lot of frustration and bother.
