Charlotte was great and showed us round the most properties on our search. She was incredibly knowledgeable about each of the properties even when we were viewing 5+ different properties on the same day with her - I don’t know how she remembers such detail for all of them! She was also honest when she didnt know an answer and got back to us quickly with clarifications instead of just trying to make up an answer on the spot. Charlotte was genuinely a pleasure to work with - if you are looking for a property with Williams ask for Charlotte!

Had had a great experience with Williams on the sale of my property so far. They had arranged multiple viewings and got me an offer within 2 weeks. The team are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and honest in their feedback. Warren was great from the very start and guided me through the process whilst also marketing the property beautifully. Harry was very professional, friendly and gave great feedback on viewings and was prompt with the viewing requests. I would like to say a huge thanks to Charlotte who did manage to negotiate the offer I accepted… thanks so much to the whole team. Fingers crossed it all goes through! We have recently used Williams for the sale of our flat. Unfortunately we ended up with 3-4 buyers falling through due to the lease length, which was an incredibly frustrating process. Williams have been so professional and enthusiastic at all times, especially when we lost hope in selling (as a whole, not with the agent). Each time they offered clear advice and helped us find new interested buyers quickly. In the end we decided to extend the lease to keep value in our property although the communication throughout the whole process (just over a year) was exceptional. A special appreciation to Tim and Sarah who really helped us negotiate pricing, sorting plenty of viewings and helping liaise with solicitors / the buyer. Williams service was brilliant and at all times we felt confident in placing our property on the market with them. We would definitely use Williams again in the future.

We recently used Williams for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Aimee really took the time to understand our family’s needs and the kind of space we were looking for, in fact, the very first property she showed us turned out to be the one we fell in love with! On the sales side, Tim did a brilliant job getting viewings lined up quickly, and the whole team, Jasper, Sarah, Nicola and Natasha, were always professional, keeping us updated with feedback and offers along the way. The whole process felt smooth and well supported, and I’d thoroughly recommend Williams to anyone buying or selling a property.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Williams. Our estate agent, Aimee Cox initially showed us round & made us feel at complete ease by informing us of everything we need to know & how the process works as it’s our first time buying. She has also been there as a point of contact if we ever needed anything further. The Sales Progression team, especially Daryl have also been great at getting us regular updates regarding progress of the other people in the chain. They have relieved a lot of stress and worry for us throughout the buying process and will 100% use them and recommend them.

We cannot thank Aimee from the Aylesbury branch enough for everything she has done for us. From allowing us first refusal on the property to answering all of the questions we had - which as first time buyers was a lot! Aimee was a great point of contact between us and the sellers and would find an answer for any queries we may have. Not only this, but if Aimee wasn't in, there was always someone else from Williams willing to help. Would recommend them to everyone!!

I viewed several properties through Williams and was shown around by both Harry and Aimee Cox. Harry was very informative and knowledgeable on the property he is selling but unfortunately Aimee was very unprofessional and as soon as my offer was accepted, she almost wiped her hands with any responsibility with the sale until I had to threaten to pull out of the purchase due to the time scale being double what was spoken about. Since purchasing the property it became clear just how much Aimee had pushed the sale even showing a garage that didn’t belong to the property and reassuring that this was the one included in the sale. The garage included was infact requiring £7,000.00 repairs to make useable and did not include a parking space as advised. Aimee denied all knowledge and apparently didn’t know which garage came with the house. I would not advise using Williams to purchase a property as they do not know what they are even selling, extremely unprofessional and being my first purchase, I was led by Aimee through trust which unfortunately I have learnt a very expensive lesson

It started so well, we thought we had found the best estate agents. Aimee was very helpful and enthusiastic, we put an offer on a property and after negotiations it was accepted. It then started going down hill, unfortunately Aimee did not respond to emails and was never available when we rang. We even emailed and asked if we had offended her!!!!!! On our second visit to the property a charming young lady called Leah showed us around, what a joy. We are now in our property and received some mail for the previous owner. A short email to Aimee asking about a forwarding address, we signed off as Chris and Carole as we always did, her reply started Hi Tosland, very rude and not I think terribly business like.
