GoogleAbsolutely disgusted with this agent, asked to view a property and as soon as i say working (full time) mother of two children the rude *female* estage agent turned her nose up in a snotty voice and said not suitable. Disgusting, would not recommend! Update: Appreciate Darryl taking the time to explain the situation to me, could have all been avoided. Still doesn’t excuse Pauline’s tone and attitude.

GoogleI would recommend Williams for buying and selling your house. The team worked hard keeping an unwieldy chain together. This included a bit of creative licence at times. But the results proved worth it as the sales went through successfully. Harry also recommended a house for my purchase, from his portfolio. Harry sold the house, but Aimee navigated the tricky waters of an unwieldy chain professionally and cheerfully. We have recommended her to several friends and neighbours.

GoogleVery rude staff. Three of us in the office were made to stay outside to maintain the Covid distance. I can understand, but I don't understand why out in the wind. The lady was very rude and hasty, she asked what we wanted, where we work and asked for the telephone number. Saying that if anything was available, he would call the next day. When we found a house, in the photo from the window, he said that it was neither for sale nor for rent. Then in the end, since she was very annoyed to do her job and treat customers with kindness. We told him we didn't need it anymore and left.

GoogleAs you probably know. Buying property in the UK is extremely lengthy and painful, coupled with estate agents varying in professional skills. Williams was probably the best I came across. I was lucky it was them and not someone else. When I needed to nudge someone, they were on it and stayed on it until they got an answer for me. They stayed on it all the way until the end. I did have to be on both side everyday but it was a lot easier with Williams assistance. If you are buying one from them. Be thankful.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCalled into William's estate agents on a regular basis, as I have done with all the agents in Aylesbury looking to buy a Coach house. Some estate agents didnt remember me from 3 weeks previously, two had forgotten to register me and one agent registered me as requiring a property in a different area. I found Williams very professional, my needs were specific, (freehold, Coach House, walking distance to the station, no service charges, 2 beds.) Got a call from Billy in Feb, he set up a viewing the same day and with regular phone calls, texts and emails it all went like clockwork, moved in 7 weeks later, I accidentally sent Billy texts on his day off and always got a prompt reply, or he would get one of his colleagues to contact me straight away. Great team.
