GoogleMy wife and I, along with hundreds of other people, have been trying to find a rental property north of London since summer. Our needs are few, though we have a few things we desire, but we've really struggled to find the right property. Olivia at Alexander & Co stayed in contact for over two months while we searched, consistently and regularly sent us potential properties to view that ALWAYS matched our needs and budget, and offered viewings at flexible times whenever possible. Other estate agents seemed to forget about us if we didn't bid on the one property they showed or offered properties that were more than we could afford. Olivia has been the most thorough and thoughtful estate agent we've dealt with in the past year and a half; and she never forgot us! I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a let.

They were always on time for viewings, kept a check on the property and were excellent at keeping me informed throughout all the stages from accepting an offer until completion of the sale. GoogleI would leave a zero star or negative star review if I could. This agency lied about their verbal conversations and agreements with me, and set charges for the most ridiculous things they could after vacating and improving a rented property. After disputing the return of my deposit, they kept it all due to their lies and cheating the system. AVOID them at all costs.

GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST!!! After a year of living at the property managed by Alexander & Co Agency (Ann-Marie) I have to review my feedback and change it from 5 stars to 1. Generally they don't reply to any raised issues. I have few examples. Since April we have problem with leaking dishwasher, raised this multiple times, they sent engineer once, after 5 min he said he can't find the leak, so only wiped out excess of water and left. after every wash I have to drain leaked water otherwise dishwasher is not working, especially annoying if that happen at night. I've reported leaking toilet, they send engineer who said toilet needs to be replaced, no response from the agency. Another problem is driveway with wobbly tiles, after each rain (which we get a lot here) the driveway is deteriorating and at some point it might not be available to go through. Overall they're not getting anywhere near to the expectations. And I wouldn't recommend renting property through them. ...It was over a week from your reply to my comment here, and still no action regarding the issues. Why you're openly lying online about your customer service. I'm not expecting that you'll do anything with this. Just want other to know what to expect if they'll use your service...

GoogleHorrific and con artists, please avoid at all costs. Was stuck complaining over mould that was present in the house I lived in and they were just heartless in doing anything or keeping in touch. I have gained breathing issues and such restless nights because of this estate agent, they have no sympathy or people skills at all.
