First class from start to finish. The valuation was backed by extensive research and local knowledge which made us feel it was realistic. They reorganized our open house at short notice due to covid. Angela was our sales progressor and she was nothing short of amazing. Fast, kind communication, put up with my anxious calls and emails and was just on it every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with was excellent, helpful and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend Alexander & Co enough. Our property manager Ann-Marie is absolutely superb. We had a small issue in our property and Ann-Marie had the contractor here within a couple of hours to get it sorted for us, she followed up with a phone call straight after to make sure the job was done even though she was sent the confirmation from the contractors. Such great communication all round, Ann-Marie, you are a brilliant asset to the company.

Very qick to take deposit but not so quick to return it. Will try every trick in th book to deduct money and engage their "services". Very professional letting agent, very unprofessional management agent. Be careful, they will visit property without notifying you about it, they don't care about your privacy and when yu move out will use landlord as an excse to rob you! Dear Customer Care team, copy/paste message to all negativ comments does not solve the problem. Your organisation does not care about tenants, full stop. Get me mymoney back, that is all I ask!

A professional, personable, trustworthy agent we'd wholeheartedly recommend. If there was an option for 6 stars, Matt and team at Alexander and Co. earnt the additional one! From the outset, it was clear A&Co were a cut above the rest. We invited four different agents to value and quote to market our property for sale. Matthew was a breath of fresh air and it would not be over-egging the pudding to say he has restored our faith in agents. Everything was done as requested, professionally, and in a very difficult market due to the pandemic. Matt gave us regular updates, answered any queries pretty much instantly, and we really felt he understood our needs as a family. Matt is a friendly face and someone we'd be very pleased to bump into in the village pub and buy a pint for, were it open, but above this, he's a professional who takes his job seriously. I rented through A&Co, and the process was surprisingly quick, everything was completed within a week of the viewing, and I moved in shortly after. However, moving out has been a completely different and difficult experience. It's been six weeks since I moved out, and despite paying £255 for a professional cleaning service, I have yet to receive a checkout report or any information about the return of my deposit. It's been a total nightmare!

The lettings department is a joke. I decided to pull out of a property over 2 weeks ago, now I am getting utility companies hounding me to set accounts up all because this place jumped the gun and shared my details WITHOUT going through referencing. I pulled out straight away and did not even proceed with the referencing stage, let alone give my details to complete it. Spoke to Olivia, Karen (who doesn't even know who her colleagues are when asking for them) and Lara H. All being muggy rather than sort it out. I've been more than patient with them and they've not told the truth. This is why estate agents are disliked, they're not helpful whatsoever. Been back and forth with them only to find they've not sorted anything out or cancelled the utilities like they said the would. My data was shared without my consent. Zero stars if I could. Avoid the lettings dept from the Aylesbury branch.
