I had excellent, very prompt support from Ann-Marie. Always very helpful, friendly, professional and effective. And the sales team went above and beyond the call of duty, carrying out regular checks of my empty house, topping up the prepay electric meter for us and sending regular meter readings. Can't fault them. Especial thanks to Matt Wood. Exemplary service. Highly recommend Alexander & Co.

I recently bought a property through Alexander & Co and Matt Wood and his team has provided an exceptional service, right from the viewing with Hannah to negotiating with Sharon and Matt seeing it through to the end. He has good contacts in the industry and can be called for if needed. He ensured all parties in the chain were communicated with efficiently and immensely helped to ensure the vendor got the completion date they needed. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to all my family and friends. No doubt, if I was to sell the property, I will for sure use Alexander and Co. as their services are highly professional and efficient.

The lettings department is a joke. I decided to pull out of a property over 2 weeks ago, now I am getting utility companies hounding me to set accounts up all because this place jumped the gun and shared my details WITHOUT going through referencing. I pulled out straight away and did not even proceed with the referencing stage, let alone give my details to complete it. Spoke to Olivia, Karen (who doesn't even know who her colleagues are when asking for them) and Lara H. All being muggy rather than sort it out. I've been more than patient with them and they've not told the truth. This is why estate agents are disliked, they're not helpful whatsoever. Been back and forth with them only to find they've not sorted anything out or cancelled the utilities like they said the would. My data was shared without my consent. Zero stars if I could. Avoid the lettings dept from the Aylesbury branch.

We have been renting a property via Alexander & Co for 2 years now and they provide a great service. Our property manager Amber has been amazing dealing with any queries we have, and getting them resolved so quickly. Always so friendly and always contactable when we need to speak to her. We wouldn't consider using any other company and highly recommend using them.

Alexander & Co were the agents for the property I purchased and I cannot speak highly enough of them. A great team who were the only ones in the chain who really communicated with me. Also a special shout out to Harvey, who with his hard work kept the sale moving and Claire who reassured me by sending her husband to check out the plumbing! Thank you!

we instructed Alexander and co to sell our property. We dealt with Mattew Wood, who was fantastic. We had viewings within days that were good quality, within the first few viewings Mathew achieved as a full asking price on our property. We were really impressed with how professional and honest Mathew was, he would contact us after every viewing giving us an honest review of how the viewing went. We wouldnt hesitate to use these guys in the future.

Note for Tiago Goncalves, Aylesbury Branch I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding support you provided in expediting the process for renting the apartment in HP21 area. Tiago efficiency and attention to detail made a world of difference, and I’m truly appreciative of the time and effort you invested to make this happen so quickly. From the beginning, your communication was both clear and reassuring, keeping me informed every step of the way. A massive thank you to Matthew Lindsay and his team at Alexander and Co in Wing. We sold through them in what was a tough market. They were outstanding, efficient, reliable, patient (with me) and answered every question and query we threw at them. They couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful. I have moved 6 times in the past ten years and challenge anyone to find a better team to look after them. If they can’t help you sell your house, no one can! Thanks to all at the Wing branch.

We had the pleasure of working with Alexander & Co, and our experience couldn’t have been more positive! A special mention goes to James, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was approachable, professional, and incredibly supportive, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. James consistently went above and beyond to keep us informed and was always available to answer our questions. His understanding and patience, especially during any delays, was greatly appreciated, and we always felt confident knowing he was handling everything with care. Thanks to the team at Alexander & Co, we’ve successfully moved into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent that truly cares!

Matt and the team at the Aylesbury office were really professional in the way they dealt with my sale. They were always on time for viewings, kept a check on the property and were excellent at keeping me informed throughout all the stages from accepting an offer until completion of the sale. My wife and I, along with hundreds of other people, have been trying to find a rental property north of London since summer. Our needs are few, though we have a few things we desire, but we've really struggled to find the right property. Olivia at Alexander & Co stayed in contact for over two months while we searched, consistently and regularly sent us potential properties to view that ALWAYS matched our needs and budget, and offered viewings at flexible times whenever possible. Other estate agents seemed to forget about us if we didn't bid on the one property they showed or offered properties that were more than we could afford. Olivia has been the most thorough and thoughtful estate agent we've dealt with in the past year and a half; and she never forgot us! I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a let.
