GoogleAVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST!!! After a year of living at the property managed by Alexander & Co Agency (Ann-Marie) I have to review my feedback and change it from 5 stars to 1. Generally they don't reply to any raised issues. I have few examples. Since April we have problem with leaking dishwasher, raised this multiple times, they sent engineer once, after 5 min he said he can't find the leak, so only wiped out excess of water and left. after every wash I have to drain leaked water otherwise dishwasher is not working, especially annoying if that happen at night.
I've reported leaking toilet, they send engineer who said toilet needs to be replaced, no response from the agency.
Another problem is driveway with wobbly tiles, after each rain (which we get a lot here) the driveway is deteriorating and at some point it might not be available to go through.
Overall they're not getting anywhere near to the expectations. And I wouldn't recommend renting property through them.
...It was over a week from your reply to my comment here, and still no action regarding the issues. Why you're openly lying online about your customer service. I'm not expecting that you'll do anything with this. Just want other to know what to expect if they'll use your service...

However, moving out has been a completely different and difficult experience. It's been six weeks since I moved out, and despite paying £255 for a professional cleaning service, I have yet to receive a checkout report or any information about the return of my deposit. It's been a total nightmare!
