Thank you to Marcus, James & Matt for being so proactive on my sale. Marcus & James were my main pocs and were so easy to work with. They secured me a buyer after my first one fell through and vetted them thoroughly. Their sales progression advisor Jill is amazing. Not only did she help on the sale, she also assisted on my onwards purchase due to incompetent advisors on that side. Absolute asset to the team and although she probably deals with loads of clients weekly, she was always personal on her phone calls and remembered details I previously said - it's just made the whole process so much easier. I'm very glad I used A&Co to sell, their guidance has been invaluable and the whole team has been fantastic from start to finish.

My wife and I, along with hundreds of other people, have been trying to find a rental property north of London since summer. Our needs are few, though we have a few things we desire, but we've really struggled to find the right property. Olivia at Alexander & Co stayed in contact for over two months while we searched, consistently and regularly sent us potential properties to view that ALWAYS matched our needs and budget, and offered viewings at flexible times whenever possible. Other estate agents seemed to forget about us if we didn't bid on the one property they showed or offered properties that were more than we could afford. Olivia has been the most thorough and thoughtful estate agent we've dealt with in the past year and a half; and she never forgot us! I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking for a let.

AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COST!!! After a year of living at the property managed by Alexander & Co Agency (Ann-Marie) I have to review my feedback and change it from 5 stars to 1. Generally they don't reply to any raised issues. I have few examples. Since April we have problem with leaking dishwasher, raised this multiple times, they sent engineer once, after 5 min he said he can't find the leak, so only wiped out excess of water and left. after every wash I have to drain leaked water otherwise dishwasher is not working, especially annoying if that happen at night. I've reported leaking toilet, they send engineer who said toilet needs to be replaced, no response from the agency. Another problem is driveway with wobbly tiles, after each rain (which we get a lot here) the driveway is deteriorating and at some point it might not be available to go through. Overall they're not getting anywhere near to the expectations. And I wouldn't recommend renting property through them. ...It was over a week from your reply to my comment here, and still no action regarding the issues. Why you're openly lying online about your customer service. I'm not expecting that you'll do anything with this. Just want other to know what to expect if they'll use your service...

Horrific and con artists, please avoid at all costs. Was stuck complaining over mould that was present in the house I lived in and they were just heartless in doing anything or keeping in touch. I have gained breathing issues and such restless nights because of this estate agent, they have no sympathy or people skills at all.

I rented through A&Co, and the process was surprisingly quick, everything was completed within a week of the viewing, and I moved in shortly after. However, moving out has been a completely different and difficult experience. It's been six weeks since I moved out, and despite paying £255 for a professional cleaning service, I have yet to receive a checkout report or any information about the return of my deposit. It's been a total nightmare!

I highly recommend both her, and the company in general. -------- Lara was fantastic helping us arrange the rental we wanted...and Amy (admin) was fantastic dealing with all the administration in a very short space of time. Excellent service all round. Edited to add:- Now that we have been in the house a short while, would like to add that Amy (Lettings) has been superb in rapidly responding to questions/minor issues. Extremely happy.

I cannot recommend Alexander & Co. Aylesbury enough. From the first interaction I knew this would be a better experience than a ‘National’ estate agent in the same town. Once engaged with Andrew and Karen the whole process was seamless, from assessing the property to marketing it, the guys took care of all of it and within a week we had a significant amount of viewings with several offers. Using Alexander & Co managed services was also excellent. We had a ‘tricky’ tenant however the whole process of managing this was dealt with by Amber. Amber is a credit to Alexander & Co, nothing was to much hassle, she would update me at every point in time whilst her knowledge of the process was a massive help. All in all, I could not recommend the team enough, fantastic people who care and take pride in what they do whilst keeping the lines of communication open at all times. A BIG thank you from me to the team, you are brilliant 👏 ***Updated*** Having now converted one of the rental properties into a sale I wanted to update this review. The sales team have been outstanding, much like the rental team. Nothing was too much for them with a difficult sale and the flexibility they offered saved the sale! Great service from Matt & Marcus. Harvey was simply brilliant managing what was a pain if a solicitor! His approach to manage a difficult situation to a welcomed outcome was great, communication was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble - Sincere thanks Harvey, not sure we would have got this sale over the line if it wasn’t for your determination!!
