Where would we be without Jill Barrett - still waiting for a response from all other parties and sat in our old house! I cannot recommend Jill highly enough. Just when the developers of the people we were buying a property from were going to pull out Jill managed to turn it around and get the exchange and completion done within the original time frame. She took the stress out of the process and worked tirelessly ensuring that we were kept in the loop the whole way. A thank you seems to small but thank you Jill you really did make a difference.

Recently moved after a very long and stressful house sell, this estate agent branch made my new onward purchase possibly the most calm and helpful purchase I’ve ever made. Matt & his team go above and beyond what is required for estate agents, from the moment I viewed to the day I moved in. Nothing was too much trouble from my continuous questions to extra viewings. Matt & Harvey both kept fully on the ball when it came to chasing Soliditors and again went above and beyond what was required from them to make what was a very stressful under chain easier for myself. Even down to completion day Matt arranged for me to collect keys locally to the home saving me a 40 minute round trip which in turn saved me a few hundred pounds with removal waiting time, this simple action on his part took a massive stress away making the move in day more enjoyable. I was given a really good moving in goodie bag which was well thought out even down to that key for the meter box ( it came in very handy) If I ever move again these are 100% the guys I’d use for selling & purchase. Treated with respect and supported through the stressful process My 21 year old son wanted to purchase his first home - a penthouse! From beginning to end he was treated with respect and was taken seriously. Their dedicated sales progressor - Lyndon was the go-between our solicitors and mortgage people and we got there in the end. This purchase came with a lot of stress due to the fire certificate and Matt spoke me down on many occasion and kept me calm with his reassurance. We have now completed and he is still available & willing to assist with after sales questions. Thank you!

I have telephoned this company 4 times. Yes they called me this morning 5 times, one after another as my phone record shows in the space of seconds!! Following this I rang them again and spoke to a very helpful lady who promised to get the person who made the calls me to call me again. That was over five hours ago and still nothing. My enquiry was about a property I was interested about in Buckingham and I guess has now gone hence no call back. Reading previous other reviews why should I not be surprised? Read all the reviews, the warnings are there! What a bunch of amateur cowboys!

We sold our house through Alexander & Co and it has been a great experience. From the beginning when we invited them to provide us with a valuation right through the whole process. Matt Wood has has been brilliant. He always ensured he communicated with us with what was happening and always there when we needed advice. I can't recommend Alexander & Co enough. Our property manager Ann-Marie is absolutely superb. We had a small issue in our property and Ann-Marie had the contractor here within a couple of hours to get it sorted for us, she followed up with a phone call straight after to make sure the job was done even though she was sent the confirmation from the contractors. Such great communication all round, Ann-Marie, you are a brilliant asset to the company.
