we moved from dorset to ashford in june. our agent in dorset was terrible which was highlighted even more by dealing with frost partnership - our vendors agent.. frosts were very professional, friendly and effecient. alex white was our contact and was on top of all the issues., even covering for our agent's failure. we would recommend frosts to anyone needing an estate agent in ashford the area.

They have not paid back my deposit for 3 months now. I moved out of the property rented in July. Have been calling them and sending emails with no response as to when the deposit will be paid back. During the tenancy did not get much support. Definitely do not recommend the agency.

I recently contacted frost regarding a current market valuation of a property to ascertain my financial options going forward. Initial phone call was very polite and informative and there on after I was looked after by Alex who was attentive and professional throughout the whole process. I will be using them in the future and would happily recommend them.

The Frost team and Jamie in particular have done a superb job looking after our purchase and sale. Jamie has gone well beyond what I would expect of an estate agent, taking on a lot of organising, negotiating and coordinating. He has kept in constant touch and always with a friendly demeanour. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Frost and Jamie in particular.

FacebookMade an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Was told i would be getting a response to why this happened, 6days nothing, im writing this.
