Frost was amazing! We had a nightmare estate agent before them and when we decided to go ahead with them they was 100% dedicated to selling our property. “ Amy Guyett “ is the best estate agent I have ever come across and without her we would of never completed with the sale in the time scale we wanted to achieve! She is attentive and cares which is rare to find in this line of work as they have so many customers to keep happy. I would definitely sell a propert with Frost again and Amy deserves a medal for all her hard work and dedication!

This is my second letting agent. Having had the other for 8 years I decided to give Frost a try. My first impression was how efficient and professional they are. They priced my house realistically for today's market. Within one day my house was snapped up and two weeks later the tenants were moved in. Amazing! Both Josh and Leah have kept in contact with me...and I live in the USA so it's not easy. I have been kept informed every step of the way. Thank you so much. Frost helped us sell our property and spent the time to explain everything to us at every stage. Their communication was impeccable and I knew I could pick the phone up or send an email at any time and they would get straight back to me. They went well beyond the call of duty, often liaising with our mortgage advisor and solicitor to ensure the process was running smoothly. I am so glad we went with Frost - I wouldn't consider going with anyone else now. Lydia in particular was superb - really friendly, helpful and hardworking. It felt like she really wanted to help us and wasn't just doing it because it was her job. We enjoyed working with Alex, too - he was very genuine and honest about the different houses we saw and was also very honest when explaining the pricing / value of our property. Thank you to everyone at Frost Partnership, Ashford!

FacebookI am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.

Yes they try to fraudulently withold deposit monies.They actually tried to charge me for damages, which were actually already logged and photographed before I started my tenancy. ( On their inventory 19th March 2020..my tenancy started on 21st)Howeve… See more
