Cherie at the Ashford branch has just been amazing from start to finish. She’s been kind and supportive when things have been difficult, and dedicated and tenacious when things haven’t moved fast enough. She’s worked into the evenings throughout the period leading up to exchange and taken the lead with the whole chain to get them moving. I sold my house with Sandersons and I can't recommend them enough. Selling a house is frustrating enough at the best of times but given the pandemic, I don't see how this could have gone much smoother. They were quick off the mark on every issue that mattered, explained things in very simple terms and knew how to get the most out of a market listing, with included professional photography and floor plans. From the start of the house buying process Sandersons were perfect in every way. Maxine showed us around the house we were interested in, was very friendly and answered all our questions, we felt at home straight away. Although I have had several problems with the blinds I purchases from Sandersons they have finally resolved all of them when Alan Robinson arrived with the replacement blinds for my bathrooms yesterday. Alan has been consistently on to the case helping to resolve them and at all times has been efficient, polite and helpful.

Luxating Patellas - Yorkshire Terrier

Our 6 year old small Yorkshire Terrier, Rosa, had surgery 9 weeks ago for luxating patellas in both legs. The skill of the orthopedic surgeon and the after care has been second to none. She had her final x-ray last week and the results were excellent. She is now out of cage rest and is very happy, bouncy and ready to get on with life. We are extremely grateful to the surgeon, Stuart, to Richard and to all the nurses and vets who have taken the very best care of Rosa and us!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts

Just had my complimentary internal conservatory valet. Purchased roof blinds last year and am very pleased with the Sanderson product. Rob and Lewis carried out the valet and wow what an amazing job they did. Just to put the cherry on the cake, both Rob and Lewis were a pleasure to have in my home. Punctual, Clean, Respectful and very friendly. Well done both.

We ordered electric blinds for our Living Rooms/French windows and bay window

We ordered electric blinds for our reception rooms which included large French Windows. We were not aware at the time of ordering that the UK company had been taken over by Hilary Blinds. The Fitter eventually came (he was excellent - hence the two stars) but one blind for the large French window had left the factory having been strung incorrectly and this meant that we would have to leave it down on the window until the replacement. We were told by the Fitter that this is a regular issue.These blinds are expensive and I really was aggravated that a faulty blind could pass through their factory quality control. It was difficult to find a number to call them on, but eventually, the Fitter gave me one and I got through to a lady who told me that I would get a replacement in due course. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience and was told that replacing the blind was compensation! She had no training to deal with a complaint and was very defensive. I then asked to be put forward to customer service (as she was from another department) and she then told me she was also customer service! I was so disappointed by her behavior and the inconvenience, I emailed Sandersons with my complaint and have never had even an acknowledgement! To me, this is the worst example possible for customer service.Basically, there is NO customer service at Sandersons and I would certainly never use this company again.

Sales side very good

Sales side very good. Once passed over to the Progression Team it all ends rather messy I am afraid. Had a cash buyer who had been checked to be so. Turned out they wasn't. Waited far too long for information, feedback, phone calls. I did ask for the property to be re-marketed when I smelt a fish a month ago but nobody helped me out. For £5000 I would drive from Southampton to Glasgow in a day and sleep in my car if I had to. Sadly, Sandersons Progression Team do not have the same work ethic. Get rid of everyone in the renamed Regression Team, there is NO point in having them. As much use as a Chocolate Fireman.
