GoogleThe issues are always dealt with promptly and no fuss or trouble always plenty of correspondence and feedback and jem is always friendly and happy makes dealing with sandersons pleasurable and easy never a problem and are keen to work with you to help solve and resolve the problems it's never a mission dealing with jem makes renting a lovely experience

Second time we’ve used Thomas Sanderson, were disappointed this time by the lack of communication and delay in production. However this more than made up for by the expert service and installation of Ben Lumley who does a perfect job and made up for this. It is down to Ben that we would use again if required.

Beware! Stay far far away from Sandersons in Kent as a student letting a company. They will lure you in with "discounts" and then after tying you into a contract, they will bombard you with hidden payments and then punish you with late fees and fines without mercy after carefully crafted (really confusing) payment dates to make up for their "discounts" and more.

Very professional outfit. Installation of kitchen blinds scheduled two months in advance and Glen arrived six minutes early on the appointed day. He got down to work and the job was done in 45 minutes - no fuss, no mess, no bother. What a pro! The blinds work perfectly and look great. Thanks, Glen.

Communication throughout the sale process was very good, notifying us with constant updates and prospective viewings, the staff are professional and lovely.
