It was a long arduous sale, two buyers pulled out and the third time we had a ‘I want 3% off’ just before exchange. That said Charlotte in the progressions team kept me Informed at every turn offering sound advice and kept pushing the buyer and both sets of solicitors until completion. I have used Sandersons before and I will use them again, my experience of the Canterbury office from marketing to sale has been positive all the way.

GoogleSandersons were professional and friendly throughout the whole process. From valuation to sale negotiation right through to completion we were kept informed and cared for throughout. This is a 'people first' company, you are not just a number. Special shout outs to: Jackie for her continuous client care, checking in and keeping us informed and always with a friendly voice, Joe for his efficiency and information sharing, he is super on the ball, Cherie for her kindness and care; she kept us informed and contacted as and when action was needed, she was 100% in control of our sale and finally to Charlotte who in the last few days went over and above to get us to an exchange place. What a team! I 100% recommend Sandersons - huge thanks, you've made a stressful time as good as it could be.

The service from Head Office is disappointing recently but Neil Pennell restores my faith in the company. He is reliable, does what he says he will [unlike Head Office customer service] and gives an excellent service in a friendly and very professional manner. Sandersons should hold on to this chap as he is a great ambassador for your firm which does supply wonderful blinds but has a useless Customer service team in Head Office.

GoogleProfessional, friendly and incredibly hard working We bought a house through Ashford Sandersons earlier this year. Even though they weren't "our" estate agents they were incredibly efficient, managed the entire chain almost single-handedly and pushed the sale through speedily despite some significant challenges. Charlotte and the team took the time to get to know us and we felt we were always being treated with honesty and professionalism. It was made very clear to us as buyers what we needed to do to progress the sale and on exchange and completion days Sandersons were the first to update us with progress reports. Nothing was too much trouble and we were greeted by a lovely card and bottle of wine when we picked up the keys. I have never really understood before the value of the work a good estate agent does. Charlotte and the Sandersons team demonstrated exactly what a dedicated agency can bring to the process. If we ever sell this house we will be using Sandersons and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you for everything!

GoogleIf you're selling a house in the Ashford area, go straight to Sandersons! I have personal experience with a number of other local agents and they do not stack up to the quality and professionalism of Sandersons. You wont be disappointed and they are worth every penny. My house sale/purchase journey has been rather tricky due to an awkward chain, but Karen and Jackie worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Karen especially went above and beyond to communicate/liaise with all parties involved with the chain, and without her hard work and personable approach we would not have got the result we wanted. Highly professional service and always available at the end of the phone. Photos/marketing was superb, which truly helped find a buyer and increase sale value. Specifically aimed at the Ashford branch only. Given your ethos of professionalism and customer service you have totally failed. This company are disingenuous and hide behind emails rather than have a straightforward and honest discussion on telephone. In all my life dealing with buying and selling properties I’ve not come across a worse company to deal with hence taking the time to post a review.

GoogleCant give -5 stars, so 1 has to be okay with me apparently- this is the same treatment I get everywhere, force you to comply to an answer you dont want. MY RATING IS -5 FOR SANDERSONS, NOT 1. Sandersons refused me my rights to ask questions about how my data is being processed and verified. They hire an unregulated 3rd party company - LetAliiance - this company told me directly (I have proof) that they are unregulated. So you give you personal data to an unregulated company on behalf of Sandersons. Absolutely unprofessional, demeaning, and downright disrespectful cowards who are afraid of being held to account. START ASKING QUESTIONS PEOPLE - Youll realise you have no rights in England privately renting., and you just have to except their unregulated rent prices and unjustified wage caps etc. - ITS ALL UNREGULATED, and you are only ever 2 months away from being evicted at at any point - Section 21 Eviction. They can force you to be homeless just because they are having a bad day and dont want to listen to you complain about them.NegativeProfessionalism
