Sanderson’s Canterbury ….. never ever use them . They just want to keep dropping the price to get a quick sale . They were absolutely awful and in the end we ran a couple of mystery calls only to be left flabbergasted at their derogatory negative manor to our mystery caller. Please think. Carefully before using them .
Hello Lisa, we are disappointed that you have felt the need to leave a bad review after doing all we can to help you secure a sale. Our advice around the pricing strategy at the start, considered that you hadn't agreed a sale with 3 previous agents using higher asking prices and there was a lack of comparable evidence to provide any certainty a higher price could be achieved. Our marketing strategy led to 23 viewings, multiple offers and although we don’t recall asking you to drop the marketing price, we would have said it would be wise to consider the offers more, even though they weren’t as high as you were hoping. There was a consistency of where offers were coming in and where we were able to negotiate them to. We’ve had conversations about your mystery shop and you were still keen to continue to work with us. We were marketing your property for 9 months and have been in regular contact with you during that time. As you know, we do not tie our customers into fixed term agreements like a lot of agents and you could have withdrawn your property from us at any time if you felt we weren’t representing your best interests. Taking everything into account we felt it was better to end our relationship rather than increase the marketing price to a level that we believe will be detrimental to generating interest, viewings and offers but we still wish you all the best with your next agent.

House moving can be a stressful time but Anthony and his team were extremely professional and were always approachable with any queries which might arise. I was very impressed from the initial meeting through the whole marketing process and with the successful sale of my home. I would gladly use Sandersons again . Well done Anthony and the whole team!

GoogleInitially after meeting with a few different agents we chose to use Jane Hills from Sandersons because she had something very different from the other three agents we met with. Her 40 years of expertise and experience showed, and we liked and trusted her. We have been on the brink of putting our house live on the market three times over the last three years but had to pull back for different reasons. We have always chosen to go back to Jane for her friendly, professional, honest and down to earth approach. Especially during the difficult times when we’ve changed our minds and the pressure was already high she has only ever been understanding and supportive despite the work she had already put in for us. We will certainly ask Jane to handle our sale when we finally decide to move as our experience with her as well as her different colleagues has also always been positive.

I viewed the property a couple of times before putting in the offer the two ladies namely Jackie Alexander and Kerry Blue acted with exemplary professionalism. Once my offer was accepted I was not only kept informed of developments but was assisted in looking for local surveyors and solicitors. My queries were dealt with efficiently and as soon as possible I’m happily settled into my new home and enjoying my new surroundings. First property I rented was through this agent. They used an online form to report issues and responded quickly. Unfortunately I had to leave that property but wish I could have taken this agent with me to the next one. So miserable with current agent and truly appreciate the professionalism and quality service I had before, now that I see how bad it can be with other so called market leaders. Ah well. If I move again, hopefully it will be to my own property, or I will be back with Sandersons.

Although there were minor delays in fully completing the fitting of blinds in the extension, Craig Knowles kept us well informed which mitigated the waiting time. He completed the job professionally and took time to demonstrate and explain the correct operation of the controls. We were very pleased with his excellent work and friendly yet professional manner. The duet blinds have proved their excellent thermal capacity in this very cold weather.
