Sanderson's were marketing a number of properties that we were considering when moving house and to say they were patient and helpful with us would be an understatement. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of time time they were prepared to give to us as prospective purchasers was above and beyond. Antony, Jane and Vicky were always very responsive and happy to answer our questions no matter how small. Of particular note must be Joe Galton, who was instrumental in helping us to finally secure the home that we have always wanted. His enthusiasm, honesty and guidance was something we really appreciated.

Wells branch, Pretentious, snobbish and discriminatory. After booking a valuation the previous day, a representative called me 2 hours before the appointment time to explain that the fees would be a minimum of £4000+vat plus £300 for marketing. Clearly didn't want to sell my property as we are on the lower value side(despite selling my neighbouring property), These people have completely forgotten that we are the customers and without us they would not have a business.

We were so impressed by the professional service offered by Sandersons, and in particular the dogged determination of Cherie Galley to chase completion in what we were aware was an absurdly tight time frame, keeping in constant contact with both solicitors and chivvying them along, and keeping all parties informed, even when she was supposed to be on her day off.
