GoogleI feel I really need to say what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Nadeem Makhalfa at the Ashford branch. He was the only agent who responded and did what he said he would do. I had called many other agents in the area and their service and response was terrible. I would highly recommend both letting or renting with this company. GoogleI'm not sure if this reflects on Haart as a whole or just the individual, Andreas, we dealt with. However, during the viewing, he came across as unwelcoming and off-putting. Later, he called while I was at work, and though I explained our lack of interest due to the work that needed to be done to the home, he continued to contact us persistently. This behaviour, culminating in his unacceptable final response (shown in the Photos), has deterred us from considering Haart for future transactions.
Zoe, I am so sorry to hear that your experience with Haart Ashford was less than acceptable. Andreas's attempts to contact you may have been over zealous but were simply his way of trying to obtain vital feedback for our seller, I apologise if he came across as overly aggressive. What is from our point of view unacceptable was the tone and content of the message sent to you. He has been invited to attend a meeting to discuss this conduct and the content of his message. He realises his reaction was unacceptable and apologised stating that he realised as soon as he pressed send that the message was not appropriate and has promised that he will not repeat the behaviour.

GoogleWe had an amazing viewing with Andreas, he was funny and enthusiastic about his job role. He showed us around and had full knowledge of the property in itself. He was able to answer any questions given and already knew answers that the vendor could answer. He was happy for us to look around 3 or 4 times and enjoyed talking about the potential of the property as well as the area. We put an offer in before we had even left!

GoogleThis was not a simple purchase. Many times our solicitor advised us to give up. However, we REALLY wanted this house, and we got it. Haarts were wonderful. Shout out to Mia, and without the assistance of Simon I would have given up. His calm, reasonable approach kept me calm. Top Agents

GoogleIncredibly rude branch manager, I was hoping to book a valuation to explore my options. However the branch manager reached out to tell me I had been 'Tricked by the market' and down valued the property through his 'Blind evaluation' method, (I have since had 2 other valuations which both over valued what I paid for the property), he then cancelled my valuation stating that as I was unsure of sale, the appointment was not worth his time and he had other clients which were better use of his time. I am absolutely floored by this response and I will be sure to stay well clear of this branch in future.

This is not the experience that we want to hear from any of our clients and I wanted to thank you for allowing me the time to see you personally.
