Haart contacted us having seen our property had been on the market for a time, our previous buyer had pulled out. Michael came to meet with us and talked us through their process and we decided to go multi agency with them as we were trying to secure our dream property. We then arranged photos and video, but at the 11th hour before we went to market, we got an offer through our first agent and no longer needed Haart. Michael was respectful, personable and professional throughout, didn't bat an eye when we no longer needed their services and wished us all the best
