First time contacting Haart. Saw new property at 19.00. I rang them on off chance and agent who explained that now closed but would pass on .my request for viewing. Simon contacted following day, and made appointment for viewing speedily and in a freindly manner. Was met by Andreas on site. Great guy, friendly and sociable, and really helpful. Took us around house then left us to it. Was then able to answer all questions. Highly recommend company and especially Andreas.

Thank you Mia and team at Haart sales for supporting me on our house sale. I would highly recommend Mia to anyone looking to sell in the Ashford area. I sold our UK property whilst being based abroad and from the very first call with Mia, I found her clear and confident about what we were going to do and how much we were going to get for the house which was at the top end of my range. All previous agents I had spoken to told me I’d get the lower end of my range. My house sale closed today and I got pretty much bang on what Mia said I would on our very first call. It was a somewhat tough situation with us renting out the property and having to manage unaccommodating tenants which Mia did professionally. Mia’s knowledge of the market was reassuring and her confidence in knowing what we were going to get and how we were going to do it, instilled a level of confidence and put my mind at ease. Mia was always available to discuss approaches to marketing the property and guiding me when we received offers right through to guiding on what I should be doing once offer was accepted including type of solicitor to find and keeping me informed on when bank and buyer surveys would be happening at the house.
