Honestly can't thank Lindsay enough for all the help and support with getting us our dream home! I know there was a lot of blood, sweat and (potentially) tears to make this happen, and Lindsay managed this all so well. She knew that we loved the property from the moment we walked through the door and we think the professionalism, and realism throughout has been amazing. My husband and i would like to thank Lindsay Austin for all of her help and support. She has been amazing in aiding our home purchase and ensuring that we (the buyers) have been kept fully up to date throughout the whole process! Our buyer needed us all to move very quickly due to moving into temporary accommodation and Lindsay has done so well to ensure that everything was kept on track to meet the demands. We received weekly status call updates and daily email communications to ensure that her side of the chain were pulling out all of the stops for this speedy chain. The journey has been very bumpy and emotional in places and Lindsay did everything she could to ensure that we exchanged contracts smoothly. We received amazing service from Haart Estate Agents. We purchased a house being sold with Haart and Lindsay Austin and her team could not have given better service. Lindsay has been a pleasure to deal with and has made sure the purchase has been smooth and efficient and was always on top of the sale, even chasing solicitors to make sure everything went smoothly and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I hope not to be buying a new home anytime soon but if I do I will definitely be using Haart Estate Agents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

In our house searching quest we have engaged with a number of different agents, some are worthy of a good review and some I would not waste my time on. Haart are without any doubt at the top of that scale. For me, the front face of Haart was Abbie, the young and very professional lady who showed us the property. After that initial interaction with the Ashford office, Jordan from Haart's Medway office took over the communication. I have got to say it was a real pleasure engaging with her. After having a string of rotten luck, Ellie Ludford made it so easy for us and very promptly (same day of calling) arranged a viewing to a home we described we needed for our family. The property was in a very clean state and had new carpets laid. It's clear here that Haart look after their clients very well and I am happy to be dealing with such a trustworthy agent.
