I felt very comfortable dealing with Gary Rowlingson at Haart, Ashford. He was a pleasure to do business with and he was able to help sell my property very quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend Gary and Haart to help you sell your home. After COVID-19 Lockdown, Paul Sharp took over dealing with the sale of my property (lockdown created a delay in the sale process). Paul was very supportive and a reliable friendly voice when dealing with the final stages of the sale process. He was always there keeping the wheels greased and helping me feel reassured - right up to completion. Paul is definitely another stalwart member of the Haart team.

My experience was amazing with Haart Lettings Agents, Josh went above and beyond to make sure he found me my perfect property and made the process seem easy and quick. He was always available not only the phone but also in the branch to help me finish my referencing and make sure there was no delay in my move in what so ever, service like this is hard to come by as most agents don’t prioritise you. I could not thank him enough and can hand on heart say I’ve received a 5 star service with no doubt. I’m extremely happy with property and extremely happy with Josh, I highly recommend him as your letting agent and will always use him when the time comes to move.

Was shown two properties that were on with haart. Gary was came across as professional answered all question asked and gave a good knowledge of properties. Once process went under way found there was issues. They Sent details to wrong solicitor holding up the process then when we collected keys and got to the property to find the garage had not been cleared (this involved a lot of wood metal & hobby items and general toot) this has still not been resolved now 7 days into us having the keys. Continued phone calls and now having to go to head office. Has really spoilt the whole experience of buying our first family home. Very displeased & disappointed with how this has been delt with.

We had Gareth come out to our property to value after a huge refurbishment so we could make a decision on either remortgaging or selling and moving for a promotion. It was nice to see someone appreciate the hard work and craftsmanship that went into the refurbishment, considering my partner and his dad did a huge part of the grafting. I would highly recommend Haart just from the experience we had with the valuation. Gareth was so friendly and easy to talk to, even though you have a complete stranger pretty much judging your home! We have decided to remortgage, but when we do eventually come to sell we will definitely be approaching Haart as the valuation result left us with extremely high hopes. Gary & Lindsay were Amazing! Gary first came round to take the images to be uploaded on Right Move, after issues with other estate agents, Gary took the right images with no issues, and they were very good quality! He knew what he was doing and made us at ease with using Haart as soon as he set foot in the house! In the sale of the house, we couldn't have asked for a nicer agent, Linsday was on the ball, and with in a few days we had a lot of interest! After several people sent to look round, the right new owner was found! All was looked after by Lindsay, again with no issues, all very professional and hassle free! I have booked a property valuation appointment with Holly (Ashford Branch) on 26 July 2019 at 1300 hrs for 3rd August 2019 but did not turned up. When I called the person Gary Rowlingson after 90 minute supposed to visit my property was not aware of. I have received two SMS regarding the appointments. I have wasted my 90 minutes. There is a some sort of communication gap among the Ashford Haart Agents members. So, I rate Haart State Agent Ashord Kent POOR.

The haart Ashford team worked very effectively together, giving seamless support at all stages across survey, marketing, negotiating and closing, and keeping me well informed throughout. With special thanks to negotiator Lindsay Austin for going above and beyond what's normally expected. Lindsay made the selling process so much easier for me by proactively offering to act as keyholder in my absence so that various maintenance jobs could be completed, liaising with the plumber, the door installer, and the decorator - that's as well as doing an excellent job with all the usual stuff. Thanks also to branch manager Gareth Harmer for running such an effective team, keeping an eye on the whole process, and taking very timely and effective action to keep it moving. Superb!

Sheer professionalism from the first meeting! Gary was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Lindsay is a true superstar, full of enthusiasm and gave us much confidence. We were kept up to date almost daily which was a very good surprise . They both know their jobs very well and the whole team seem very goal directed and together! The house had stagnated for months with other agents, 6 viewings in 7 months. Haarts generated that many in 2 weeks! Gary worked his magic with the photographs and also starred in an piece to camera! We are so happy with these guys and recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever!
