I've only had the one experience with Haart and that was in regards to selling my property. I met with Mia, we had a chat about the process of selling, had an estimation etc. Once I had decided that I was going to go through with the sale, Mia was always on the end of the phone any time I needed a little reassurance, or even to drop me a quick message with an update. I cannot fault Mia's confidence and professionalism throughout this whole sale! Still in the process i.e.paperwork with solicitors etc but Mia is still on the end of the phone with updates, letting me know what is to come next. Considering that this is the first property I've sold and single-handedly, I am so grateful for the support of Mia throughout! After having multiple issues with my previous managing agency, I decided to switch to haart. Josh was incredibly helpful and professional the whole time, even before haart took over he provided me with a lot of great advice. There were a few issues that were beyond our control, but Josh went above and beyond what was necessary to resolve all the issues. We have been looking for a new apartment as a new family and HAART found us just the perfect one. Alice was particularly helpful and she was instrumental in getting us our perfect home. Siyamilan has also helped to settle in our new home and he has responded to any complaints we may have. I am however not please with the fact that we have to chase several times before our complaints are attended to.

I was so impressed when I called Haart Estate Agents and spoke to Tracey Keithson she certainly changed my perception of what Estate Agents do for that large fee! So refreshing to speak to someone with so much enthusiasm and passion who actually listens to you and doesn’t try to sell what they think you want instead of what you really want. I quickly felt at ease and felt she got me and my wants & nots, I booked a viewing and she came back and confirmed in the agreed format by text to leave my telephone line open for business whilst working from home. Tracey followed up on my viewing and listened to my comments agreeing to note relevant points for future prospective properties she may introduce me to. Tracey is professional but is personable and I have to say it’s so nice to see she has a great work ethic which is sadly lacking in some of the Estate Agents I have contacted. The market during Covid is very difficult for us all and the lack of properties on the market currently is in fact making life easier for agents to not go that extra mile but I got the feeling with Tracey that was never going to be the case! I highly recommend Jordan Williams from Haart. Despite a private sale Jordan was highly responsive and proactive in chasing both ends of the chain and keeping us updated with the progress of the sale and purchase and working closely with me and my solicitor. Just want to say a big thank you to Josh the branch manager for finding us our perfect house. we spent weeks sending viewing requests to other local agents with no luck, we never received call backs and often had to chase them ourselves for an update!
