Andreas is a real pleasure to work with - very professional, great communication with potential clients, very diligent and organized. He set up a viewing for a property we were interested in very quickly, answered single question we had both verbally and in writing, addressed all/any concerns we had about the property and then followed up with us the next day to get our thoughts on the house we viewed. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Charlotte Rowlands for being an absolute star. I had a viewing cancelled at the last minute, and she really went out of her way to get it rearranged for me, even though it was a bit of a faff and I was travelling a fair distance. Honestly, it made such a difference. She was super professional, really friendly, and clearly knows the area inside out. First time contacting Haart. Saw new property at 19.00. I rang them on off chance and agent who explained that now closed but would pass on .my request for viewing. Simon contacted following day, and made appointment for viewing speedily and in a freindly manner. Was met by Andreas on site. Great guy, friendly and sociable, and really helpful.
